I park in HCGC underground parking manage by this company. Upon leaving and after inserting a $20 dollar bill my ticket and paying my $4 charge for 1 hour of parking, the frecking machine only gave $5 dollars change back which means I was due $11 dollars more, so it says see attendant, well apparently the Somali attendant did have a clue about he was suppose to refund cash if machine fails. So to make a long story short it s been a month now and numerous calls to this sham company allied parking, and this Carlos some manager who suppose to give me my refund, I have yet to receive a penny. I will take this matter to the attorney general and the city of minnieapolis council. This is just ridiculous a company stealing money from customers. I personally would tell anyone if the parking is managed by this company please spare yourself the anguish and park somewhere decent. They are not reputable
