My fiance and I have been in the process of buying our first home, and we went with Jim Walsh as our realtor. Jim has been an amazing agent for us throughout this whole ordeal. He has patiently answered all of our many questions, spent hours showing us houses and doing all of the prep work associated with that, and has been there for every step of the process. We finally got an offer accepted on a house that we love, and I don't believe we would have been successful without his tremendous help, experience, and knowledge.

Another thing that I really appreciate about Jim is how down to earth he is- we were referred to Allie Beth through a program with our lender, and I was somewhat concerned at the beginning as it looks like this agency typically deals in very high end homes, and my fiance and I are certainly in a much lower price range than that, ha ha. But Jim has been as friendly, professional, courteous, and thoughtful as anyone could ask for, and at no point have we ever felt that we were not a priority for him. He has told us that his top priority is making sure we are happy with the home that we get, and I believe he is truly being genuine about that.

We would definitely recommend Jim for anyone looking to buy a home, whether it's your first home or beyond!

I recently purchased a home sold by this company. I have requested that they remove their large sign from my yard for several days. The sign is still there and their response about when their contracted agent will remove the sign is completely irrelevant.

I am moving to Texas from out-of-state. All my experiences to date with Texans have been terrific! People are friendly and helpful. So different from my experience with Allie Beth Allman realty!
