Instead, she seemed indifferent, so I cancelled the order and requested a full refund, including shipping. I plan to buy from Amazon instead due to better Prime pricing. I’ve already filed a BBB complaint and might report them to the Kansas Attorney General if the refund doesn’t process correctly. They really don’t seem to care about customer retention.

I asked them to send the two available items and cancel the rest. I received a new email saying the items were on the way, but DHL had no record of the package in their system. I called again and spoke with the same person, who confirmed it was shipped. I suggested she contact DHL directly to verify the status. She emailed DHL on my behalf, copying me, and asked about their tracking system being down since she couldn’t track a package shipped to Canada on Monday. DHL replied that they were unaware of any downtime and asked for the tracking number. Given this confusion and lack of transparency, I would recommend avoiding this company. They seem incapable of giving straight answers. I’ve informed the representative that if I don’t receive a satisfactory explanation today, I expect a full refund.
