Went in for my annual physical today and had a great experience. My usual place was booked for the month and I wanted to get it done before 2020 ends. Setting up the appointment was a smooth process, Medical Assistant was very friendly (I think her name was Kathleen), and Dr. Reeder was very kind. They chatted with me during the process and very easy going. I wasn't left waiting for the doctor for too long. Got in and out in under 20 minutes after I got called back from the waiting room.
Highly recommended!

We have been coming to Alliance since we moved to Springs 2 years ago. It is difficult to find a new family doctor and we took a gamble on this family practice. We won the lottery finding Mario Aragon. He is a PA that has taken care of our family members ever since. He is thorough and really listens when we talk to him. He takes his time and goes above and beyond in his care. We have on occasion seen other practitioners and we have had similar experiences. These people are caring, thorough and have given us the best health care. I would recommend this family practice to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

I ve never experienced a Doctor s office that I love so much I am inclined to leave a positive review, but Alliance is incredible! I ve worked with Nicole Klein the most, but really never had a bad experience. It is hard to find a doctor that you really connect with and trust, I have found that at Alliance! I have felt listened to and supported over the years by Klein, Neri, Carroll, Suhr, and Johnson. I will say I go back to Klein and Suhr repeatedly, because they are so incredibly compassionate and take the time to listen and understand. Nicole and Lindsey are never rushed and always remember previous interactions with me. In the midst of all their other clients, I feel like they really know me and my health. They also know that I know my body and they listen to my requests while also offering support and treatment without judgment. The urgent care is also top notch!! My previous doctor also had an attached urgent care and it would literally take 4 hours to be seen. Without an appointment at the Alliance urgent care, you are seen within 10-15 minutes! Finally, I LOVE their app and that you can actually message your own doctor and get a response from them and not a health assistant. If I could give Alliance 10 Stars I would! I will be a patient of theirs for as long as my insurance allows! I ve referred both friends and family who love them too. Thank you for being rockstars in patient care!!

I have issues with this establishment. I'll keep it brief.
-Dr. Carroll's son, whom he lives with, had COVID not too long ago. Dr. Carroll still came to work, putting his staff and patients at risk.
-The employees here DO NOT get paid if they need to quarantine or get sick.
-They DO NOT get paid maternity leave.
They need to take care of their unhappy staff.

Excellent, thorough and caring wellness exam. Dr. Mario took time to explain things and didn't try to force me into a prescription. He really did care, and treated me like a valued patient. The front desk was very nice and the fees were very reasonable for self-pay patients. Highly recommended!!

Wow, y all have quite a lot of poor reviews! Some are recent... What have you done to remedy these issues? I m concerned with returning.

Been very happy with Alliance since moving here in 2019.

I've noticed a common theme with the negative reviews: "I was late" or "I didn't know" this or that. That's not the office's fault. That's a YOU problem. You should give yourself a one-star review.

Mixed feelings about this practice. Dr. Carroll is great, but there's a 2-3 month wait to get in to see him. A PA I saw was arrogant, they lost my COVID test in December, and now I get a lack of responsiveness to an urgent need. I am seriously considering changing doctors. Dr. Carroll is great, but he needs a competent staff that communicates in a timely manner.

This is a really great urgent care/doctor to go to! Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. They were very fast to get me back to a room on a busy day. I did have to wait about 45-60 minutes before the doctor came by, but that s fairly normal at a busy urgent care. They were quick to examine me and figure out what was wrong. The office and rooms are all very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this place and will go here again as needed.

I have realized that it must be a requirement for doctor's offices to have rude front office staff, but the lady that I dealt with when I took my husband in on Friday April 30th, takes the cake. She was working in the COVID area, and severely lacked compassion, and professionalism. She was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with, and wasn't very good at her job. She clearly isn't in the correct line of work. The only reason I am leaving two stars is because NP Steve Edginton was fantastic. We was very caring, compassionate and professional.
