I ve never experienced a Doctor s office that I love so much I am inclined to leave a positive review, but Alliance is incredible! I ve worked with Nicole Klein the most, but really never had a bad experience. It is hard to find a doctor that you really connect with and trust, I have found that at Alliance! I have felt listened to and supported over the years by Klein, Neri, Carroll, Suhr, and Johnson. I will say I go back to Klein and Suhr repeatedly, because they are so incredibly compassionate and take the time to listen and understand. Nicole and Lindsey are never rushed and always remember previous interactions with me. In the midst of all their other clients, I feel like they really know me and my health. They also know that I know my body and they listen to my requests while also offering support and treatment without judgment. The urgent care is also top notch!! My previous doctor also had an attached urgent care and it would literally take 4 hours to be seen. Without an appointment at the Alliance urgent care, you are seen within 10-15 minutes! Finally, I LOVE their app and that you can actually message your own doctor and get a response from them and not a health assistant. If I could give Alliance 10 Stars I would! I will be a patient of theirs for as long as my insurance allows! I ve referred both friends and family who love them too. Thank you for being rockstars in patient care!!
