My name is Jim Crenshaw. I have to heap a "ARM FULL" of praise for the patience of Idcel O who works for this Center. During my initial interview with Idcel, she calmly assisted me. For some reason, I failed to mention to her that I had a health insurance. Needless to say, during a procedure, I realized that i indeed had health insurance, which Idcel had to go back filled the paper work from the beginning without complaining, My appreciation wells up for customer service that Idcel performed in my case!

Amazing center! Was referred here and glad we came! My son is a new patient here and everything was more than expected. The staff was great the specialist we saw was beyond amazing & more than knowledgeable. We surely think we re going to find something to help my sons Urticaria here.

I'm glad I chose this Allergy and Asthma Center. My grandson's allergies are under control since he has been going here (3) years now. I will recommend this center to anyone. In addition, here at this Allergy & Asthma center the staff team display outstanding professionalism and that's a big plus in my opinion. Again thanks to the entire staff.

The doctors and the ladies who assisted the doctors are very nice and professional. Ive been going to this clinic for 3 years and never had an issue until now . The lady who check their insurance and does there billing is very rude , unprofessional and very insensitive to others . She insured me twice that my insurance would cover a procedure that they basically talked me into getting and when it came down to it my insurance told me that they let the clinic know that they would not cover it before it was done . Anyway I got the procedure done and now I have to pay for it which is cool but not cool but it has to get paid so Im not mad about that at all . Im upset at the unprofessionalism that I Ve experienced . I let the lady know that i will be paying for it monthly due to me not having 1055 dollars at 1 time and she told me if I didn t have it paid off in 120 days she was going to put it on my credit. I let her know that i cant pay it all at once due to me paying for my mom and my 2 sisters funeral right now and she hung up in my face . She didn t say bye or sorry to hear that nothing just hung up the damn phone . Needless To say I will be paying them off and not returning due to her lack of professionalism . Im not sure if she hate her job or shes just mentally challenged but she for sure need a lesson In customer service!

I actually came to you all years ago from a referral from my supervisor....and I must say it was one of the best recommendations I chose to follow thru on. I always gladly recommend you all to anyone who asks who helped me clear up & manage my chronic allergies.

I believe the doctors and PAs are caring and have my best health wellness in mind.

The doctor was fantastic. She immediately realized my baby was having an asthma attack and treated her and diagnosed all while there. I m more than happy with the doctors ability to reduce our trips to urgent care by getting the allergies under control. I m really pleased as a concern parent.

Other than the long wait time, even though I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, the provider provided excellent care and exceeded all of my expectations. I had immediate relief the next day.

My experience has always been a great one. Staff is very very friendly and courteous. They are No.1 in my book. They explain every aspect of your treatment before and after and answer any questions you may have.
