Go somewhere else. Chris Putrino was rude, insensitive and unprofessional. I have never talked to anyone as impolite and rude as this man. Take your business somewhere else.

awful. not one staff member to be found during wake, no doorman, not even anyone to check in on the wake. parking lot was icy.
Best service around and an outstanding and caring staff. They truly make you feel like family here and make sure your every need is met. At Allens they go above and beyond what you pay for and expect. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure about going with the Allen Memorial Funeral Home in Endicott. However, they were very easy to work with and did a WONDERFUL job on my father's funeral. They were kind and compassionate. They paid attention to detail and made sure that the proper arrangements were made for my father to have a full honor guard at the cemetery. My father certainly got a beautiful send off. Thank you to the Allen Memorial Funeral Home for a job well done.
