Allen health care services Review

This is the worst agency of all time. Two of my family members took over the care of my grandparents, because every home attendant sent to them did the bare minimum if that and I have been the one in contact with the agency to make sure everything is always okay. The process was the worst experience ever. This agency, no matter the location, is filled with rude and incompetent workers who should really quit or be fired if they re not able to handle the amount of cases that are given to them. If you go to them with an issue and they pick up the phone( which is rare) they will huff and puff and make you feel as if you re the one to blame. It s truly unbelievable how rude a lot of the ladies who work at this agency are. Save yourself the time and energy and work with another agency that is at least a little decent!

Awful! Aides don't show. And good luck getting anyone on the phone!

This company lies and give you the run around. While trying to find a good agency I specifically asked if they have English speaking aides. They said yes. The aide they sent spoke a little bit of English but she was pleasant. Unfortunately her daughter had a baby and she had to leave to help her daughter. The next aide they sent doesn t speak English and refused to remove her shoes. The agency was aware that I don t want anyone wearing shoes worn outside inside of my house. The first aide wore bedroom slippers. The 2nd aide had the nastiest attitude. I told her you don t have to stay so she left. It s been a week and the agency couldn t find an English speaking aide so they re referring me back to the insurance. They re excuse is that their aides needs to wear their shoes in my house for safety reasons.
Don t trust these people. They just want the money. They don t care about the patients and their needs.

They are very unprofessional. I got a call for the HHA training. I was told me to go to Brooklyn location to do a drug test and a physical test. Lara gave me the wrong address. 15 court street 10th floor room 1002. When I went to this location there was no building of of this number on that street. I called them back for the right address there were a lot of run arounds. A lot of transferring calls but no answer to my question. They are rude people that don t want to work. I HIGHLY DON T RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR HHA TRAINING.

Horrible Horrible agency lazy Tardy attendants NEVER would recommend this agency !!!! They want to sit around and DO nothing but look on their phones and eat lunch

My dad needs a hospital bed its been months and still NOTHING is done and the health aides dnt work either they get pay to be on the phone all day and im the one doing ther work

I was given a call for the Recruiting Coordinator position at Hackensack, NJ. I was interviewed the first two times by two different Amandas. They were very nice, however the third interview was with the Vice President of the company named Samantha. These people basically gave me every information I needed regarding the position and I was so excited to be a part of their team. Three days later I emailed both Amanda's following up with the status of my interview. This was on August 6th, 2020, I never heard back from both of them since that date. I think that this was completely unprofessional how they acted. Not only was my time wasted, they kept my hopes up. This completely left a bad taste in my mouth. I did not take into account how many bad reviews this company has but now I understand why. Everyone who is looking for a job during these difficult times please make sure to do your research before applying and check their reviews. Sadly, with this company what you see is what you get.

1st - HHA's are not require to have the Covid 19 Vaccine and they don't get the weekly Rapid Covid test either. 2nd. They don't speak a word of English. 3rd. I don't like their attitude.

over all this the best company ever they really care for their patient alwwas there to give the best of them when you call them pleasent ustomer services i can't complaint about them at all.

I did my HHA course here, the entire course was a success, I am so happy to join this team! The entire team at Elara Caring was very professional and helpful! My instructor MR Reginal Elgin (RN, BSN) was literally the best. He made sure everyone understands what he s teaching!
Guys don t listen to the negative reviews, this agency is one of the BEST!
