5 Star Luxury Hotel (the only one in the city), the Allegroitalia Golden Palace is located in the center of Turin, a few steps from Via Roma and Piazza San Carlo (Re Umberto metro stop) and from Porta Nuova. Excellent structure with comfortable, modern and elegantly furnished rooms and suites (also thematic). It offers exclusive services such as the SPA, a 1000 m2 swimming pool, massage center and gourmet terrace restaurant. Ideal hotel for organizing receptions and meetings and for business and leisure travel. Absolutely recommended!

Stayed on Saturday night at the property. The first hotel in 40 years in which there are 20 minutes in a row for check-in and check-out. The room, although I was aware of it, is very small and located in building 2: journey time hall - room 10 minutes. Very uncomfortable. Crowded and chaotic hotel. Reception not up to 5 stars. We will not return.

The pool !!! Let's just say it's in a spa, that should tell you the actual size of it, plus you'd have to pay extra to access it. Room service saucey as hell.
Besides these negatives my 2weeks stay was pleasant...

Courteous staff at the spa but the water in the pool was rather murky and had a mouldy smell (a bit like a smelly washing machine). I expected much more from a five star establishment.

Price ratio - incorrect service

We were here by group of 16 adult, 1 children.
We have the problem with the room, we have written an email to have it., but they didn't do exactly with our request.
Fortunately the guys on reception really kindly, and help us very quickly.
The rooms is clean and nice.
Buffet on breakfast was absolutely great also the service.
Keep doing this guys.. And we'll see you again.

The hotel has repeatedly hosted CasaPound fascist rallies, including the presentation of AltaForte's controversial book on Salvini. It is absolutely unacceptable to give space to neo-fascism, whether it is to support it or just for profit, it doesn't matter. Hotel to boycott.

High class hotel. The bar was enlivened by a trio of strings and the staff always available.

It's always quiet, we went there several times and it's never crowded, the entrance to the spa is quite cheap, for massages it's a different matter.
You have to know how to choose based on your needs and your possibilities.
However the staff is always kind and available for any information.
The massage staff is prepared and friendly.
Especially recommended for couples massage.

Very nice hotel, quiet location, very good room, very good breakfast.

If the rest of the hotel were like the reception, it would deserve 5 stars. Too bad they still have a long way to go.
Reception as nice as it took them 20 minutes for a check in. The assigned room was in a second building that was inconvenient to reach even if well connected. The room was nothing special although clean. Speech apart from the little functional shower full of limestone (but you can have a bathtub in a hotel like that ??). The breakfast then good.

Excellent structure, in the center of Turin. The reception service and the rooms used as conference rooms are also excellent.

Great location, good service and good breakfast buffet

I stayed for two nights with my husband. We had a great time. The room was clean, fragrant and warm. Note and appreciate the soundproofed rooms.
In the room there is everything you need, I appreciated the hairdryer supplied in the bathroom much more powerful than the usual hotels that make you waste too much time drying if you have long hair.
Good and very varied breakfast.
Friendly staff and a very elegant and sophisticated environment.
The only not entirely satisfactory note was the spa. Few sunbeds, a poorly functioning shower and an unpleasant smell in the pool area. Very dark environment and not up to expectations.

Hotel with spa, gym and buffet lunch formula both during the week and at the weekend. The place is elegant and fashionable and the staff very kind. The buffet formula is very affordable.

4-star hotel in the center of Turin in the same building as the 5-star Luxury Golden Palace. The services are shared (such as the spa and restaurant). Neat and clean rooms.

No big issue but I don t agree it is a 5 stars hotels. The room is good but the service was even worst than a 4 stars hotel
The first night I called to reception to ask for hair conditioner, a tea spoon and clothes hanger. The reception didn t even understand what I meant (I am sure my English pronunciation is okay). After chasing for another two calls they send a staff who doesn t speak English at all. I asked the things again by using google translate and pictures, finally I got the clothes hangers and tea spoon. But no hair conditioner as they don t even provide that

They provide only reusable slippers which is okay, but the problem is that it costs you 15 for using the reusable slippers, isn t the service that a 5 stars hotel should be?

A holiday dedicated to comfort and hospitality. Excellent breakfast.

It seems like more of a 3-star hotel than a 5-star. Nobody helped me carry my bags into the door, my room was a good 2 blocks away from the reception and it was confusing considering how many elevators there are. I couldnt figure out my lights in my room and reception didnt answer the phone and were rude when I walked the 2 blocks back downstairs to ask for help. The hotel is not worth the cost, definitely not a 5-star hotel, and I will never stay there again.

I had the opportunity to visit the golden palace for an aperitif, but it was not worth it, only one type of course: spelled and rarely some cold cuts .. The place is beautiful, but these events are to be avoided.

Bellissio Hotel. Medium sized spa with whirlpool, steam room and sauna.

Nice hotel, but with some flaws in terms of cleanliness (carpet in corridors, toilet with encrustations). In the room I imagined I would find a large multifunctional shower and instead there was a bathtub with a partition, very sad. The tv in the room worked poorly and was very old. The common area with live music is very nice. I haven't had a chance to test anything else. Good breakfast, but coffee and cappuccinos should be prepared at the bar and not dispensed from the machine, after queuing.

Excellent central location, located in a quiet area. Comfortable, clean hotel, friendly and efficient staff, well-stocked breakfast buffet. The predominant colors are black and brown, perhaps a touch of color would make the environment less severe, but this is only an aesthetic judgment. Recommended for both business and tourism.

I state that all this joy was missing, entrance, for me, disturbing, very large room but a little old.
Hearty breakfast but I didn't find great quality in the products.

Scandalous. Awakening at 6.30 by the monstrous whiplash of the laundromats. Unimaginable for a hotel like this. Really amazing.

Despite the name it is a TETRO hotel. For God's sake ... neat, luxurious, but distressing to say the least, all dark, with dark 80s wood paneling.

I stayed for a weekend in May.
Clean and spacious room, abundant breakfast, friendly staff and all within walking distance of the center of Turin.

Nothing to say: great service. In particular, the breakfast buffet is one of the richest in terms of choice so far tried. Only (perhaps naively) from a 5 star I would have expected a visible leap in quality compared to the other 4 stars in the area, which I did not notice.

This hotel has no palace in name. Cleanliness of bathrooms to review. Spa access 25 euros per person! Presentation of Receptionists not top: blouses not ironed and not very smiling. Comfortable bedding and very good location in the historic center.

Very beautifull . Too bad that the space in front is sacrificed.
