Very elegant 5-star hotel and more than polite staff: upon arrival with my girlfriend, we were immediately taken to our room which was spotless and tidy. The center is also equipped with a truly comfortable Spa with all kinds of entertainment.

Very welcoming and bright meeting room, spacious and accessible from the outside without entering the hotel. Perfect for casting and job interviews.

Elegant and well-structured hotel in the historic center of Turin, in the immediate vicinity of Piazza Solferino. Equipped with a modern and functional conference center.

Hotel located in a quiet area not far from the city center.The building is in an imposing lictorian style with sober and elegant furnishings. Pleasant SPA with well executed treatments. Cleaning ok. Excellent quality-price. Unfortunately in some situations (see reception, SPA) those precautions that are a must in a 5-star hotel are lacking.

A pleasure! Taken package with Groupon and I must say that the structure, the staff and the stay were FANTASTIC !!!

Excellent location, just a few minutes from the center and the Re Umberto public car park, in a modern building.
The staff very courteous and professional.
Clean, soundproof rooms, clean bathrooms with a large bathtub.
The hearty breakfast.
The SPA a little below expectations, for the number of services offered and the quality of the same.

All in all good! Maybe I'll be back!

Very comfortable bed and good soundproofing. You sleep well.
Bathroom with bathtub: very slow drain and loose towel rail.

Reception welcoming and helpful.
Spa: a disappointment. Small: whirlpool tub with a completely out of use area and several jets with poor delivery. The sauna has a door that is hard to open and close. The Turkish bath has only one hand shower (the other has obviously been removed) and the tap is about to come off.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, upgrade to superior room upon arrival for the same price. The Spa area is pleasant and well equipped, a small drawback for the parking and the hotel restaurant which remains a bit expensive for the dishes it offers

Nice and comfortable hotel, our stay did not last long but the very helpful and kind staff is worth mentioning. Small mishap with the garage to recover the car solved with a few minutes of patience.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms clean and correct. Indeed, maintenance fails a bit. Exquisite treatment Great breakfast buffet. Near the center (15 minutes). The photo does not correspond to the hotel, but to the Ristorante del Cambio. Good price and good treatment. Quiet.

Nice and in a great location the staff are very nice the spa is nothing small and the water could be a little warmer plus the cleanliness of the bathroom our room was not at the level a hotel should be at five stars

Hotel in an excellent position to walk around Turin, comfortable bed, elegant environment. Excellent breakfast. Spa a bit small but relaxing after a day out and about seeing the city.

I took a coupon with Groupon, for what I paid it was worth the expense (100 euros for a couple, for Spa and massage) but the structure does not offer a service of another quality. There is little attention to details, such as herbal teas and supermarket biscuits, some showers and services out of use etc

Nothing fancy for a 5 star hotel. Small rooms. Normal breakfast. Cold reception. Not even the welcome bottle of water. The only advantage is the very central location.

Great place, excellent service. Probably OK for Europe, but the rooms are quite small by American standards.

Hotel with 195 rooms and suites (beautiful themed rooms dedicated to Superga, Gobino chocolate, Venini and Bottega) located in the former Toro insurance building in the shape of an H. One building is 5 stars the other 4, but the rooms do not have substantial differences. Breakfast in the standard, good coffee. Brunch could be improved. Beautiful spa with pool and sauna etc and spa. Fitness area with Tecknogym equipment. A stone's throw from the Porta Nuova train station and conveniently located near the historic center.
The I stayed in a deluxe room with large bathroom with shower and bath and two large windows. The only drawback: the air conditioning that does not
It worked well in my room, so it was like not to have it. Although three of my reporting, have failed to check and to fix the problem. I would suggest to find the customer carbonated water and / or natural courtesy room.

Sunday brunch

Hello fellow travelers,

thanks to the advertising read in the Sunday brunch newspapers we decide to try it and book a few days before for 3 adults.
Upon arrival we are made to sit at a nice table in the splendid veranda overlooking the courtyard and in the background there are two musicians who play pleasant live music.
Brunch is certainly not cheap (around 40 each) but there is a decent choice of both cold and hot dishes and desserts, in addition to the buffet choice you can also order one dish per person from the kitchen.
I tried several brunches around Europe and the USA and I didn't mind this one, even if I found it a little too skimpy, in relation to the price paid.
Superb location, classy and well attended.
To try, at least once.

Very nice hotel, in the center of Turin, but in a secondary street that protects it from the chaos. Excellent cuisine.

I was there 2 nights for work and I must say that I was fine, large rooms with all the necessary services, kind and helpful staff, I had a problem in the morning and they immediately changed my room, the only flaw is that I had to move everything, but nothing problematic. Breakfast of 10 and praise, you will find everything and a gem is the delicatessen / dairy that will provide you with all the typical cold cuts or cheeses cut at the moment. The spa is splendid where you can spend a few moments in peace. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the gym, with few tools and badly arranged (the weight bench close to the coffee machines / other), not as seen online. For the rest, I highly recommend it, also due to its absolutely central location.

A good place to relax but stay away from the too hot Turkish bath. The temperature should be lowered a little.

The room was beautiful and big, the location is at the very center of Turin, with quick access to all important monuments. Breakfast was just OK, but everything else was on point.

I always choose it for my stays in the city. Excellent location, room, breakfast, cleanliness and room service, at the height of the luxury it boasts. Always satisfied.

One of the most beautiful and fascinating hotels in Turin. An all that takes your breath away, places for socializing with music and courteous staff. Well-kept conference rooms and an internal market to be at your best on every occasion. The location is excellent, in 5 minutes on foot you can reach Via Roma which connects the main points of interest in Turin with the center.

Great hotel, based on great service. The team at the bar especially. After day one, you felt like a member of the family, they would remember your room number, your drink tastes, etc. This is what service is about, anticipating your needs before you even know you need them. While covered with marble and gold plating, the service was relaxed and casual. Room was large and comfortable, great bathroom. The only negative was that it needed more outlets in room to charge all the electronics we drag along with us these days. Highly recommend. Especially the Staff!

New Year's evening ruined because of the bad service, as the aperitif was really disappointing. After 2 hours of waiting, they presented us with a plate with a focaccia and a tart with caviar and a FUR for decoration. Leaving aside this as it can also happen (although in a 5-star hotel, however, something else is expected), I was keen to clarify the rude of the room manager, who only because, at the time of the order, my father allowed himself COURTELY to ask if you could have the following dish without raw fish because you don't like it. To which the room manager arrives, with this plate and throws it on the table, like a frisbee. My father rightly asks for explanations and the room manager replies that he had few staff and that he could not manage everything. I start by concluding, informing you that the price of this evening was 110 euros per person, which is why we left this hotel with the certainty that we will NEVER go back.

A very comfortable, elegant hotel, efficient staff, possible Spa and fitness center service, perfect in every detail, perfect and complete buffet breakfast .... international ... piano bar service included. Excellent value for money

Reception staff not always courteous and helpful. Clean rooms. In the bathroom I had discomfort with the shower leaking water from the door (a situation that should not be encountered in a 5 star hotel). The Spa smelled of mold and the facilities were scarce.

Meeting with the League for voting in the Piedmont Region and Europe

Room stinks, drain cannot be opened, ventilation in the bathroom broken, very, very small room, no space to open the suitcase.

Spa for couples: clean, romantic and comfortable. We will be back

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it did not meet our expectations. Construction defects can be seen in many corners and edges, the breakfast buffet is a joke and I do not recommend eating here either.

Rude staff at the highest level. I strongly advise against. One of the worst hotels in Turin.

Great location regarding the city center and cultural sites. Friendly staff and a comfortable room. The only slight downside is the somewhat complicated route inside the hotel (It consists of 2 buildings).

Good reception for meetings and good food. Recommended
