It took six months to actually get someone on the phone to answer my questions. Sent countless emails and voicemails and finally got them to tell me that despite not being able to open my business this year due to COVID that I was responsible for paying all fees in order to keep my business open. If I didn t pay the almost $300 in fees for the year (during which time I did not operate for a single minute so what am I paying you for) that I wouldn t be able to open this summer without going through the entire permitting process again. It s so helpful and heartwarming that these places care so much about the small businesses that make up our community.
