Horrible, they have made so many mistakes with my account it's just sad. Constant lapses of communication, lack of knowledge of their own digital products, I've finally given up.

contacted company 3 times interested in finding out about SEO etc and no return call, the girls who answered the phone got my information to forward to a sales or account executive and no one called me back. What a way to do business

They stood out from a lot of Agencies I interviewed for our needs by asking all access to review the analytics before they propose the services they could bring to the table.

We signed on with AdTaxi and never really saw any results. Their contract entitled them to 40% of ad spend an absolutely astronomical number if you shop around. We stuck it out with them over a few months because of Elizabeth. When some of the other AdTaxi members of our team were supposedly on strategic calls with us, they would mute themselves and just pipe in here and there clearly not following the conversation. All in all, we were disappointed with our experience here.

The worst of the worst, Read the reviews. The sales rep in California (S.W) will tell you anything to get your account and then it's a disaster from there. Run, don't walk away from this company.
