Took the Embroidery 101 class today. Really enjoyed it. Helen is an excellent instructor. Can t wait to take more classes. She is so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I took the Embilliance Essentials A to Z class and the Alpha Tricks class taught by Helen Kelly-Coco!
I was so pleased with how organized and thorough Helen was going over every aspect of each program.
She answered all my questions and let me make the moves on my computer to really "get" it.

I am a long time customer here and am always pleased with the store, the personnel and the quality of the merchandise. I recently made a large software purchase and Leigh the store manager went above and beyond to make sure I bought the right version for my use. She patiently answered all my questions and made calls for any information I needed. I very much appreciate her efforts and I feel at home whenever I shop there. I highly recommend this store where Leigh, Karen and the other store personnel take time to make your experience there a great one!

It was my first time visiting AllBrands in Baton Rouge, La. I couldn't have had a better experience in trying to find the right embroidery machine that suited my needs as a beginner. Leigh took her time in demonstrating and explaining the machine that I was interested in. Excellent customer service! I plan on being a customer for years to come!

I attended the She Shed online event and it was somewhat interesting. I have been embroidering for a long time so I don't always hear something new that I didn't already know. The She Shed embroidery they gave us was cute. They did do a lot of pushing products however. I also attended the Westalee quilt template online class and that was actually a little better than the She Shed class but I am less familiar with how to use the templates. It is nice of Allbrands to offer online classes at this time with the pandemic. I may not ever get to Louisiana for a class but I can participate online.

Love this store and all the people that work there. They have been very helpful and most important - patient with helping me make a decision on my purchase. They have gone out of their way in finding what I wanted. I have told all my friends about them and where they are located. I live 2 1/2 hours away, so if I make a special trip that far, u know for sure that everything there is good!!! Thanks ladies for your help and keep up the good service

WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. I do not usually write reviews unless positive, but the service I have received from the staff, other than the amazing service tech, warrents an warning to others planning to invest their money in the sizeable amount I did. The prior review stated the possibility of owner change and I am not sure about that, but what I am sure of is that I know exactly the saleslady she is speaking of and unfortunately she is still there. No, they do not acknowledge you when you walk in and are extremely bothered by having to actually do their job. I have come across two ladies in there that are really helpful, but find that said person always interrupts our conversations and talks over them. I purchased a $7000.00 machine from them and from the get go it has been a hassle to work with them. I was supposed to receive an accessory as part of my deal and they called and told me the accessory was no longer available and they were not in anyway going to compensate me for it. I contacted the C.E.O. of the Brother who was appaled by the fact that this occured. She told me that in fact the accessory was still being made and did not understand why I had not received it. They tried to work with them to no avail. I just gave up. The only time I ever step foot in the store is if I have an issue with my machine and I work with the tech only (who is wonderful). I can order all of the cute fabrics and products that they carry online or I try to get what I can at Hancocks. I think it is very sad that this is our only option for certain machines in the area. Hopefully, new owner or old,will take these reviews into consideration and realize that the feeling customers get from your staff is driving business away.

I placed an order on Thursday 7/30 asked if the product was in stock. I was told the product was available in the warehouse ready to ship. I proceeded with my order and paid for 2 day shipping. I was advised that I would receive order on Monday 8/3. After not receiving an email tracking information as stated I called Allbrands No response.

I called the company during business over 17 times phone would disconnect. I still haven't received my product not sure when I will receive my product. Our company really need our product to service our first responders. What as shame on this company.

I will not shop with Allbrands again. The customer service is horrible from one business to another.

Called and purchased a machine. When I found out that it had been backordered, I cancelled. I cancelled because I got the run around on an expected delivery date. I had to call and request a refund (to my ORDER NUMBER: 2389991) three times. Once Heather sent the refund, she omitted the taxes. Now, I'm on my second email requesting taxes be refunded. Who does business like this? I'm so, so disappointed with this company. I will never do business with this company again. Having grown up in Louisiana, I didn't expect this from the good old folk of Louisiana. A guess a man's word is not his bond.

Placed online order to ship to CA last Sunday. Got confirmation email same day, theyvsay all orders ship within a day. Checked every day until Wednesday, the status was " ordered recieved by warehouse". I have no idea when its shipping or on backorder. At least send send an update.

So I send email to cancel but ask also what's going on with the order. They just cancel the order, and say they expect more stick next week. But none of this is communicated until I ask. It was not a good buying experience. I will not be placing any orders with this company again.

I love this place. Staff is always friendly and eager to help and give advice. They have everything I need for my small embroidery business, and I can call ahead for them to put items aside for me when I m in a hurry.

While a lot of the presentation was highlighting items that DIME sells they did impart good information. For instance I had never heard of aa "Nap Blocker" stitch and I don't have a Brother machine, but I think I found the comparable thing on my Babylock. They also gave hints about working on ripstop nylon that I'd not heard before. And I've also had good luck with orders from All Brands.

I was looking for help with smocking and was told to try Allbrands. The staff was very helpful even to the point of pleating a piece of material for me to practice smocking free of charge. Karen offered to help me with the practice piece as well. Leigh directed me to some helpful instructional booklets. I am expecting my first grandchild and I can't wait to start smocking for him. Thanks Allbrands!!

Customer service was horrible. The 2 ladies did not help me at all. When I got one ladies attention she was so rude and acted like I was bothering her. I have spent around $30,000 in this store and thought they would have help me more!! This happened on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 4 pm.

i ordered a steam iron on 3/17 at 10 am and paid for it to be shipped 3 day, should have arrived on the 19th. I received on the 23rd. I called customer service and all they could do was argue with me about how fast it got to me. unacceptable very poor customer service!! i will find another place to shop!

I have never been to the store, but online, I have had no problems with ordering. I loved it during the DIME She Shed Event. Hope to see more. My internet kept going off and youtube kept saying it could not show the program, but it would come back on every once in awhile and I would try to catch up.

I've never been to any of the stores except for Houston, which is one of my favorite places to be, thanks to @Margie Coxie and her team. What I do know is that AllBrands has been amazing in its response to the pandemic -- virtual events with the same high energy, great specials and give-aways that characterize their live ones. @Rosemary Castillo-Sartin in San Antonio runs a great class -- and and of course, where would we be without @Barbara and her fantastic red heart sunglasses?! Love you guys, and thanks for keeping our community together while we're apart.

Great selection for sewing supplies and fabrics. I don't have to hunt around a large store like Joann to find what I need. Allbrand's selection is focused and extensive. The staff is friendly and more helpful than any other retail store as well.

I visited as a newbie to sewing in need of a specialized foot for my sewing machine. I called ahead to find out if they had it, confirmed it was in stock, and headed over. The manager and salesperson were very helpful, showed me a few tricks and offered help if I needed walking through how to install my purchase on my machine. I got a tour of the shop, saw some really great tools for new projects and checked out some creative ways to design projects with the staff. Great experience, and I will definitely visit again soon!

I have read some of the negative reviews but thought I would relate my positive experience. I understand there has been a recent change in the store manager. Don't know if that has made the difference but I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. Our quilt guild met there recently-April 11, 2016 and everyone was pleased with store and service, good prices, etc. I think they will have a lot of new customers. Give them a try, I think you will have a positive experience.

Bought a new Carriage for my Quilting Machine at this site. It was $50 dollars less than any other site. I also Ordered A Laser Stylus. The Carriage came but the Laser did not. Their customer service made it right very quickly. The Manufacturer of them item was at fault for not including it in the package. I received the Laser the next Business Day. Excellent Customer Service and Great Prices.
