We would definitely stay here again. Great value and location, as well as excellent service.
We would definitely stay here again. Great value and location, as well as excellent service.
We stayed at this resort for a week. When we got there we were placed in a room that was not the nicest room but could have been better seems we chose to stay at a Disney resort. We have stayed at lots of different resorts in Disney. (We try to experience them all) we have stayed at 3 other different value resorts along with Saratoga springs and cribbiean beach and others. I'm not comparing this room to the more expensive resorts I'm comparing it to other value resorts we have stayed at within Disney. We have never had a problem. They were always clean. This one was not. It was the first time I actually cleaned the tub and sprayed Lysol on the floor and wiped everything down with Lysol wipes. The rug looked like it's never been cleaned. The tub was dirty the sprinkler head broken. Fridge had no racks to set anything on. And we had 2 big bugs in the room that I made my husband kill after I ran out like a big baby (I hate bugs!) We didn't complain to be moved seems all we would be doing is sleeping in the room a few hours and spending the rest of our time at the parks. I took pictures to post but unfortunately my phone was stolen off my stroller at Hollywood studios so I no longer have "proof" as people would say. The only proof I have is the infection my daughter had all over her body from her sleeping in sheets that were not properly cleaned. The 2nd night we stayed she woke up with a little rash. As the day went on it became very itchy to her. So I gave her allergy meds to help. The next morning she woke up and had 10 times more so I called her dr and he told me based off what I was telling him he thinks it was bed bugs. So we called the front desk and told them and they let us know they didn't think it was bed bug and they had no other rooms available so they would have the maid spray the bed and change all the linens while we were out for the day. We got back that night around 1am due to extra magic hours at magic kingdom and the beds were remade etc so we let her go to sleep( big mistake) she was even more itchy and had more spots. Thank god we were checking out that day. We had to skip the park that day and we drove home. We took her to the dr(seen a NP) who said it looked infected gave us an antibiotic cream. Well after a week at school her school sent her home due to it spreading. I had to take her back to the dr and that's when we seen her normal dr who told us it was actually impentgo (skin infection) he said the most common place people usually catch it is at hotels with improperly washed bed linens. And it was highly contagious and very hard to get rid of! My daughter is covered head to toe in skin infection that itches her constantly. She has to take 2 oral antibiotics and a topical one. Our dr advised us to call the hotel and let them know so that they can properly take care of the problem. So I did. I wasn't wanting anything out of calling I simply wanted to let them know in hopes to save another child or adult from catching this. They transferred me over to someone I told her what happened she looked up when/where we stayed and then asked me "so are you calling to have us pay her medical bills?" No ma'am did you not just listen? I just stated her dr told me to call and let you know so you can properly wash and clean everything so it doesn't happen again. I have insurance I don't need for you to pay her bills... she told me she was sending a note to the area to let them know what happened.. but of course I'm writing a review. I need to let others know so if they don't take care
care the matter and you or or child wakes up with a itchy rash to please please make them move you. If they don't have any rooms available at that same hotel tell them to move you to a different hotel with rooms available. I should have fought harder for my daughter! Never in a million years would I ever expect my daughter to get a skin infection from a Disney hotel bed. We choose Disney resorts thinking they would be better then just an off hotel in the area. In this case we were wrong.
I always love coming to a Disney Resort. They are always friendly and attentive to my needs. Beds are always comfortable. Love the complimentary late check out!!!
Great service and very accomodating. We asked for a closer room, and we were able to move to another room.
Good value for the perks of staying at a resort when it comes to the parks. Saw a roach on the bed but may have come from our bags being on the ground outside so trying to be positive. Cast members were very kind and responsive to our needs. Room was clean.
A little distant from the attractions, distant decoration of the characters, did not strike me as a Disney hotel. The room is a good size, but not spacious and some details in the room seemed to me out of the Disney standard of maintenance (dim lights, leaky shower throwing water out of the tub, difficulty closing the safe). Pool: I know that safety is essential, but seeing the lifeguard coming out of his post often in a hurry (with nothing happening) causes a bit of apprehension. Positive: the staff's attention is Disney standard! From arrival to hotel, baggage delivery, check-in, service at the restaurant, all sensational.
Very cute place to stay. More affordable then the most Disney hotels.
Great place because it's a Disney resort and you get certain perks like early admission or late admission to parks. But the beds are rough to sleep on. No spring left in the matress.
The room was extremely clean. Not a questionable spot to be found. The entire resort was very tidy and clean! The customer service was great, everyone was so friendly and attentive. So happy we stayed on the Disney campus! The food was delicious and fresh.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Has 2 pools. Both clean. Love the shuttle service to the parks. We got extra magic hours for staying in the resort. Easy check it and check out. You do have to pay extra for parking. The food options were good and convenient, just a bit pricey.
The only thing I didn't like about my stay was that my bed actually had dents where people usually lay so it was a little uncomfortable. But other than that, the people, atmosphere, decor, pool, cleanliness, etc. were all GREAT! The jollier than Santa Claus housekeeper gave me an AWESOME Mickey balloon and taught me how to make a towel Mickey and towel swan! The place was very clean and freshly painted outside. A+
Slowest reception of any hotel in the world, every day huge queues and staff useless.
Long bus ride from Magic Kingdom. The room was very nice.
Best value resort we are a family of 4 and had plenty of room we loved the pools and the cafeteria.
Great for budget Disney. Rooms clean and easy transportation to parks.
Excellent hotel care, hygiene, comfort in the bedrooms, all perfect. I recommend buying the meal plan. In the hotel you eat very well and varied
Nice, clean room. Clean cafeteria. Pleasant staff. Had cherry coke at the cafe :).
Excellent place, super quiet with ample parking lots and places to take thousands of photos ... The weather at this time is perfect
All-Star Music does a great job making guests feel welcome and it has good room service and the concierge was amazing, helping us plan our trip and answer questions!
Dirty room, pool was closed, told management and got tiny coloring books for our grievance
Nice rooms, beds could be more comfortable. Pools are great and price is reasonable. Would stay here again.
Very good! Externally the hotel is fantastic, however when you enter the room it is an ordinary hotel. I stayed in the simplest room, but I learned that there is a more expensive room that has better decor inside
Staff all amazing at all star music can't do enough to make your stay comfortable, hotel room is basic but was spotlessly clean, comfy beds, fresh clean towels everyday. only thing missing was a kettle to make a coffee but you can buy a refillable cup for 18.99 dollors and can fill up as many times as you want with soft drinks and tea/coffee from the restaurant. Fantastic time had by all
It is a nice resort and provides convient transportation and service to Disney parks
There are like no springs in this mattress. It is like a wooden box covered in foam. Very, very firm. But, everything else is really nice.
While the outside of the buildings and landscaping look very nice, the inside of our room was on par with an Econolodge more than what I'd expect from a Disney resort. The beds are extremely springy and uncomfortable. Unfortunately they are two full-size beds and not big enough for my wife and I to sleep together...on our honeymoon... Also the bathtub is quite small and the bathroom is clearly adding as the shower head is coated with scale. On a good note the room service and cleaning service was good.
Always a great stay at Disney's All-Star Music Resort. They have lots of things to do. Love the arcade and outdoor games. The pool is great and love the night time movies outside.
Rooms are small compared to how it appears in official photos. They're clean and worth the price though.
Great stay, wonderful services, could have better food.
My stay just started and so far it been extremely enjoyable
Ok place to stay. Didn't spend much time there besides sleeping.
I was staying there, it's nothing extraordinary, it's very uncomfortable, the rooms stink and the air conditioning horrible, it seems spoiled, I do not recommend it at all, I would not go to this place, for the prices they charge is really deficient, this stinks
It's Disney! Even the value resorts are amazing. Great rooms and Disney service. Intermission food was good and if you're spending most of the day in the parks, it's all you need.
This is a nice hotel. Very spread out. Request a room in building 10 or 9 if possible. The bus service to the park is great. Service was wonderful. Received a $30 gift card in lieu of daily room service. Loved that.
Clean. Very small bathrooms. It would be challenging to have four people in the room for any length of time. Suited our purposes as we were never there. Great pool for kids. Nice food court.
Wonderful time! Can't wait to go back. Disney Magic Kingdom. Happiest place . Was there AAU Basketball Tournament. People that work at All Star Sport Resort very nice .
In four decades of being blessed with the means to vacation at WDW on dozens of trips. I can't help but grin and stare in awe each time a Cast-Member says "Welcome home". All three of All-Star resorts are worth a stay. Though, I'm partial to 'vibe & feel' of the Music, especially at night.
If you come to these or any of the "Value Resorts" expecting anything other than an immersion of boisterous young people and the parents trying to keep up with them. With all of you surrounded by even louder theming and color schemes. Just because you paid three times the rate of your typical Super 8 motel. I would have to say, any disappointment incurred is on you for mismanaging your own expectations.
The all star music resort is one of three themed hotels on Disney Property that make up the all star resort area. Each resort area is identical with there own self contained guest amenities that do not rely on the other or you as a guest to share with the other two themed hotels The rooms are basic but apart from that I personally think this is a great value resort. You have very spacious rooms with fantastic theming. As this is a Disney property hotel so comes with all the Disney high standards of customer care you would expect from the high end hotels on WDW property.
Great room, clean and friendly staff. The only down fall we found was how busy the food court was, decided a few times to skip breakfast because of the crowds.
Wonderful place to stay. Rooms are very clean and the pool is great. As with any disney hotel this is a magical place.
The workers are helpful as always but the rooms are less than perfect. The hotel is one that was chosen because of the lower cost but the food does not match that lower cost. The food is very expensive compared to the hotel
Over priced room and now they charge guests to park. Stupid idea! See if I return.
This has been a good stay had a few scenarios come up but have been handled well.
Decent for night sleeping. Pool is great for kids water activities and relaxing - plenty of towels too.
Great family place! Food was good and staff had very helpful. My only concern was there wasn't enough bathroom storage, needed some shelves or drawers. Otherwise, a great place and we'd definitely stay there again!
The updated rooms are nice and a good layout, also we had friendly staff member check us in. Beyond that there is not a whole lot to do on premises and not alot of positives to say. Very limited selection in the food court and high prices. Bus area has no seating options while waiting, schedule is not very accurate (or even posted). Also when we were taking a bus to Disney springs from the resort bus driver let half our family on and took off before the rest of our family got in. Pool is very sub par with no hot tub. It has a kids park but the sand is dirty with tons of leaves and pine needles. Feel more like a glorified motel 6 than a resort. I would recommend spending a bit more for a moderate resort or for the same money getting something really nice off site.
Very much enjoyed music, but my favourite resort, in this class of resorts, will always be Pop Century. Mainly because of the fantastic memories made there through the years. In comparing the two music seems smaller of these two, in lobby, gift store, and food court. Looking forward to seeing music after its face lift. Whenever that occures.
One of the cheapest resorts at Disney World but the room was very clean, the cafe was delicious, and the pool was fun!! There is an arcade and a gift shop as well. I absolutely loved the pineapple dole cupcake....yes my daughter and I shared it for breakfast there are also daily events at the resorts every night.
Disney budget hotel. Good area for sightseeing. Could have a better food court.
It was nice. I was expecting more luxurious but just like any other hotel...just pics of disney things instead of trees. I did return but stayed in the sports resort...its the same...its very convient though to get to the parks.
Nice people. Clean area and room. Always do something special for you if you're celebrating something.
Great service, amazing rooms, great pool. I loved this resort so much and hope I get to come back in the future
This place is amazing the staff is incredible fast to accommodate any your needs they have all types of things going on to the family pool games hosted by the resort are kids souvenir shop court just a great place overall
We enjoyed our stay at All Star Music. Our room was very close to the food court. Our room overlooked the pool and even though it was loud, it did not bother us. The room was clean and very cool. My only complaint is the beds are so hard that after a few hours sleep I had to get up because it was very uncomfortable.
OMG it was amazing. My family had an amazing time enjoying local fun as well as fun in the parks. They were very accommodating to my childs disabilities and even got us a taxi to the park (so we didnt have to fight with a bus driver about letting my daughter stay in her stroller instead of a wheelchair). The only thing i didnt care for was how far away my hotel room was in proximity to the main entrance. My advice to you, Pay for a great room or walk a short distance to the front.
Great so far. Biggest issue so far was my misunderstanding that the resort was inside a park. Instead its a short 5-10 min free bus ride away
Love love love. To bad the shampoo and such was not in bottles love taking left overs home. Lol
Great family resort. Service is quick and employees are very friendly. It seems like they like their job. House keeping does an excellent job also.
