Everything is just what I'd expect. The front desk service was decent, but it could definitely be improved.
Nothing to disprove! It's simple but everything is impeccable! Nothing fails, very clean, good attention!
We had the cheapest room available and it was still wonderful. The king size bed was heavenly, and the bathroom area was clean. The room was a great size for my husband and I. The in-room catering of the family sized pizza lasted for two meals and ended up saving us money in the long run. It was also quite tasty after a long day in the park. I loved the option of refusing room service for our 5 night stay in exchange for a $40 gift card! That was totally worth it for us, and it saved us money on food. I would stay here again if I came to Disney again.
Not so much the cast members but the guests themselves are very rude shady for this discount hotel
Good place to rest your head at the end of a busy day in the parks. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean.
This review is for the Country Fair building 5. Rooms are small, but well maintained. So far from the main cafeteria and lobby you'll need hiking boots. No coffee pot but has a dorm fridge and tv. And the hot water is hot hot HOT! TIP You have to buy the $19 mug to get free refills and depending on the length of your stay is worth it. Use it for water, sodas, ice teas, even hot drinks like hot cocoa... in July??? The food is good but expensive (definately purchase a food plan with your stay) But by far, its the cast members that really make the experience.
UPDATE: They just changed their menu choices two days ago and the choices are some really amazing gourmet choices but they still offer their older choices for those that just want pizza, spagetti, hot dog, hamburger, etc. BTW, you'll want to checkout the desserts. Not only are they delicious, they are a work of art so beautiful you'll want a picture before you devour it. Enjoy!!!
Nice clean rooms. Pool was nice. Cast members were great. Good food. Would stay again.
It's a small room and it's a bit old, but that's what you are asking for, at a value resort, right? Most disappointingly, no coffee makers in the room, but a coffee truck nearby nd if you are super fortunate, your friend will run out and get you some each morning. If you don't mind the dormitory feeling, and certainly if you are not spending much time in the room, a perfectly fine place to crash each night for a totally reasonable prices. Linens and beds were quite comfortable, actually.
Clean, great transportation, and close to the parks.
So far so good. Only been here one day at this point but I am happy.
Rooms are clean but dated.
While we were there, the rooms were being renovated and from what we saw, they will be nice.
Grounds were tidy and well kept.
Friendly staff.
Didn't have a chance to use the pool as our kids were too interested in the parks.
It is still a very good place for vacation in disney. The negative is that they now charge parking or parking to guests.
They treat you well, the rooms are nice, definitely recommend the meal plan
The rooms are a little small but the room service is great. The hotel includes a gift shop, bar, arcade, cafeteria, and 2 pools.
Nice pool, hate the long walks to get coffee. Small in room machine would be nice.
Hotel that delivers the right and necessary to spend a few days at Disney, after long days in the parks, clean and comfortable rooms, always air conditioning, cozy beds and if you want room service
It's on ok stay if your on a budget. Really all your looking for when you go to Disney is just a place to lay your head at night. The rooms were clean and the food service there was pretty good!
Too far away from parks..bus ride too long..you get what you pay for..not much
The hotel is a bit old. If you can cedan se in the movies hotel. If not then do not worry about why the three are already mere ewalsy the three can walk from them to others
It feels as if someone took a Motel 6 and tried to stuff some Marriott amenities in here and there. Not exactly bad, but it's definitely not the experience I'm accustomed to.
Place was clean, close to parks, personnel very attentive and helpful.
My family and I went and had an amazing time. The room quality was amazing.
Everything I've come to expect from Disney. Rooms are clean, bright, well kept and laid out nice. Grounds are beautiful and well themed. CONS: no hot tub and pool was only open 10am-8pm, really! Parks close later than that. I know you can't pay lifeguards 24 hours a day but at a resort with a heated pool it should be open until at least 10 or 11pm and open at 9am with or without lifeguards. Resort is huge, if you're in a room in one of the back buildings it is a hike to the busses, food court, etc. Food is as expensive as in the parks. All in all a good experience.
The rooms were good, perfect for what you need. Great pools! The service was great. Check in was effortless. However we purchased single day passes for my family to celebrate my daughters 1st birthday at the Magic kingdom and for some reason the woman who helped us at Concierge did not link the payment property to the wristbands (the concierge at the park explained the began using a new system and it was done incorrectly) causing us to to have to spend over an hour at Guest Relations missing our daughters breakfast at Be Our Guest, reservations which we made 180 days in advance. We lost a bit of time due to this error.
I went to Disney All Star Music Resort 18yrs ago and I really loved and enjoyed it so much. The staff was very helpful and kind, it was well cleaned. The food was very nice, the people were nice.
Not bad, but too far out of place quality-wise versus better resorts like even Caribbean Beach.
Nice rooms, pool, drinks, food, and had a great time
Is under renovacion let's see how are going to be after the remo
We had a great experience at All-Star Music! Affordable and great for someone traveling to Disney for the parks!
Very nice. Staff at the cafeteria were extremely friendly. Staff at check in were courteous. This place has easy access to the parks with transportation available so you can have fun. Also great payment system if you want to eat at the hotel or Disney park, and gift shops. I didn't have to worry about carrying a purse. Just enjoying every moment. Beautiful swimming pools with games etc. Just didn't have the time to enjoy all. Till next time...
Very clean. Not a lot of extras, but if you just need a place to stay at Disney, this is it
It's pretty much a basic value hotel. What you get is what you pay for. The beds are very small and we were in the furthers rooms away from the restaurant which meant there was not much point in the refillable cups. It's clean and staff are friendly
Good value resort, probably my least favorite hotel on the property. Will and have stayed here several times. Rooms are small but at least you are on Disney property. If you are debating on this or a hotel not on the property, there is no question, stay here.
This is an amazing resort! The staff were so friendly and helpful! When we were checking in, the kids were talking to Paul the manager and showed him their dolls we traveled with. When we got back to our room after dinner, we were stunned to find 2 Disney toys and a personal letter from Paul welcoming us and the kids! The best most magical customer service we have ever experienced! We would definitely recommend
Great place to stay while visiting Disney parks and keeping a low budget. Shuttles are very convenient from the resorts to the parks.
Very nice theming and amazing staff as usual for Disney. Great value.
The resort was incredible. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Can't wait to go again!!
Good price for a decent size room (for a family of 5)
To be honest I was quite disappointed, I know this is on the cheap end of Disney's hotels so I wasn't expecting it to be luxurious, bit did expect it to be really clean and in better condition. Everything looked old in the rooms specially the carpets. Although it is as I said one of the cheap hotels inside Disney it is still more expensive than a Holiday Inn Express, or a Courtyard and those are in much better condition.
So far it's been great! Make sure to bring lots of money!
The rooms were kept clean, staff was polite until checkout when it was discovered charging privileges were not disabled for our room and staff was impolite on fixing the issue
Clean, comfortable, large, excellent mattresses and pillows !!!!!!! After long walks x parks it is important to rest well, to continue the next day. Very good meals and breakfasts and great variety.
Still staying here now, but enjoying the stay and the shuttle service to the parks is amazing.
Rooms are always clean and inviting. Love the atmosphere and the workers.
Okay place to eat, but movies/sports is a better resort overall to stay at.
Super dated rooms. Obviously the prices on basic items (peanut butter, fruit drink, candy bar, etc) in the gift shop are outrageous. I mean as much as 4x what you would pay at your typical retail store. At least place the drink stations around the resort similar to what was done at other resorts such as Caribbean Beach resort.
Cheaper Disney resort for a reason, but great access to parks and other amenities
Expensive and dated resort with minimal entertainment on site. Not super clean. We asked for no housekeeping, yet they entered our room multiple times while we were inside. There was a previous visitors food in the fridge. We were barred from adding a meal plan to our stay because we did an advanced check in. The air conditioner worked, but it was struggling and very noisy due to age or poor maintenance making it impossible to sleep well.
I've stayed at similar resorts previously, and have always had a pleasant experience. This year, however, is a different story. I used the Disney luggage drop off service, and my suitcase was never delivered to the resort and I was forced to wait 12 hours for it to finally arrive. My bed was broken and the room phone wasn't working properly to call the front desk. Not the best stay I've had at Disney
A solid Disney resort, with basic rooms for up to four people, with a food court, small shop, an arcade, and two pools.
Beautiful setting, clean 10 points, super friendly staff, we did not find anyone who speaks Spanish at the counter but are made to understand well. They put you Disney setting to go preparing for the park. Beautiful
Very close to disney atractions and all free transportation to all disney area
Like everything Disney, a magical place. Very good hotel, very comfortable and thematic.
This is an AMAZING Place to have fun theres a huge pool theres a food court an arcade and a gift shop
This hotel is no different than any other standard mid-grade hotel. The only exception is you do get a free shuttle to and from the parks, extended hours and a Disney theme to the entire "campus". For the amount of $ money we spent for this place, I expected much more from a Disney resort.
Rooms were great! Service was great! Everyone was VERY friendly and helpful.
Check-in was underwhelming, we booked through Expedia to save a few dollars and were placed in one of the furthest buildings (I expected that). The pool was amazing, wonderfully heated. The food was typical Disney economy-resort food...overpriced and rather bland. I enjoyed Art of Animation and Pop Century more than All-Star Music.
