All-Star Music Review

Ok, so here's the deal. The decor is a little dated and the food selection makes eating healthily practically impossible (I could not find one menu item that did not contain some form of sugar - I know some people consider fruit to be healthy but if you have a special diet, you'll need to figure something else out for food). I ended up on one of the pullout couches in our room so needless to say I woke up with back pains. This place needs an in-resort massage therapist!!

However! The service is incredible - the staff are all so friendly and really strive to make sure you're happy and care about the experience of each and every guest. Also, if you're planning on going to any of the Disneyworld parks (because why not, duh), having the shuttle buses right there makes it pretty easy to get there and back.

Rooms are clean. Tv hasn't worked though. Friendly staff.

A normal hotel
It has like 1800 rooms and if you get the room in the bottom rooms mamamia get ready to walk and walk and walk to breakfast
Walk walk walk for dinner and so on for everything
Hot water or sugar for everything you have to go to the front of the hotel which is about 250 meters one way and 250 meters back, the ideal would be to set up a buffet or rest in the middle of the facilities and thus the 900 rooms that are behind would be a little more comfortable getting to civilization for lunch or breakfast.

The rooms ares slightly dirty and the walk to get to rooms is quite long.

Resort was perfect, clean room tons of stuff for the kids to do. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel for our vacation.

Stayed here for two nights. This room has the bare necessities. It's only good for a place to sleep and shower. You cannot save leftovers because there is no way to reheat food. I would not stay here again. This is definitely a budget value hotel with a moderate hotel price.

2. No coffee machine
3. No microwave
4. No liquid soap. You get a bar of soap. The shampoo and conditioner is 2 in 1. It's only enough for two uses. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner!

Room, cafe & bus service has been great. Location is good, only about 15 min ride to most Disney attractions. Rooms are nice, very clean

Hotel was clean and nice service. Breakfast was not a good experience for us it was about $15 a person with drink and the eggs were powdered.

We had a great time in Disney all star music. The pools are so nice and the service is unmatched. Just try to make sure you get a room close to the front.

Awesome staff! Any resort is amazing and this is truley the most magical place ever!!!

All-Star Music Resort is provided with a good structure, that fullfils guests basic needs, such as: safety, cozy bedrooms and an excellent pool area. It is a good option to go with your family or friends. You can take the bus to go to the Disney's parks, located in front of the main entrance of the resort. There are many options of meals and snacks at the hotel's restaurant. In general it was a wonderful experience staying at this resort. I hope to go back there someday!

Great service. Nice pool and other amenities. Transportation within all the parks was awesome.

Some things in the hotel are a little old.But upon arriving, staff were super nice and helpful. The lobby smelled amazing, and was always super clean. This is our second time coming here and we are genuinely satisfied once again.

Expensive but it's always worth the money

Stayed in room 5541 during a weekend vacation. Wasn't in the room other than to sleep but the A/C couldn't sufficiently cool the room. It's also a really long walk to the lobby and buses. Good value for the money but next time I'll probably go a little higher end to be a little more convenient and comfortable.

Rooms weren't the nicest, however service was exceptional.

Loved it here, reasonable for being in the park. When we booked it was the only place that had rooms. Enjoyed the stay. Rooms are clean. Pool was very nice. Busy place. Crowded checkin but went fine. Staff was pleasant and helpful. On site food court was fantastic

Typical disney resort. Only issue was TV had no signal on half the channels.. the disney networks to!

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at the Music resort. It is perfect for budget-minded families, with a wide variety of selections in the university style food court and gift shop. This is a budget accommodation, so expect that. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms don't have bells/whistles..... no USB outlets- dated curtains.....but clean sheets and a great AC unit. We enjoyed the room's mini-fridge. There was mold on the bathroom grout...not a deal breaker, but unsightly. To cut costs, they use an attached shampoo/condition/body wash container system- and refill them. We were pleased that our request for adjoining rooms was granted on arrival day. We were thankful a kind cast member opened her lane about 15 minutes early so that we could purchase snacks using our meal plan before the 6:35 airport shuttle. I would consider staying in this hotel- especially if I was able to get the free dining plan again. It's a comfortable place to lay your head.

Spectacular place to be in family very clean and careful

This is an ok Disney resort. There is free parking and free bus service to the parks. There is a fast for counter service restaurant. The rooms have a fridge. Our room was located in the very back building so it feels like we're not even connected to the rest of the resort. Some people might like this but I think it's a bit annoying.

Perfect for night staying and moving to and from the parks

Awesome resort, just hope you like buses since this is the only transportation here. Other than that, this is a great resort!!!!!

Very good place to stay and sleep every night swimming pool is awesome.

Large structure hotel, large and comfortable rooms, large bathrooms, pool, game room, restaurant, well complete Disney's gift shop. Extremely cordial and dynamic service, also has the transport structure for all parks, a great comfort. All this for a very reasonable cost. It's not cheap, but for what it offers, it's worth it.

Hotel dining staff at lunch were rude and ignored me for nearly 10 minutes. Had 2 get manager on duty to get service and that is very unacceptable.not to mention insulting. I am very displeased

Still a place to go once to get on Disney live with your kid , but the price ( hotel + meal) vs benefits are not as good... also rooms with humidity and old , in-room not answer front desk desapointng

Very nice to visit the parks, excellent organization

Very clean resort, great pricing for those on a budget. Loved the restaurant and gift shop on site. The rooms were very small though and a bit dated. Front desk staff were all SO nice. Thank you Edward for everything! Housekeeping was a bit rude to us and pushing us to check out which threw us off guard but everything else was great. Although the rooms are run down you re usually not in them too much since there s so much to do. Not fancy but can t complain since it wasn t fancy prices!

Clean, Family friendly rooms on Disney property. What more could to you ask for on a budget?

Very crowded but fast service. Food is very good but pricey.

My wife and I stayed at the All Star Music resort the week before Christmas, of 2017. We absolutely loved it! The entire resort was very clean, well-maintained, immaculately groomed, and overall very appealing and comfortable. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our entire stay much more magical! The food in the food court area was overall very good, we also ordered late-night room service which arrived via friendly delivery man. The pool areas were great! Extremely clean and did not smell of chemicals at all. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our entire stay and everything about it! We would definitely stay there again. We also took advantage of the Disney's Magical Express shuttle and luggage service to and from the airport, it was very convenient and highly recommended!

I go there all the time very good food very friendly personal clean resort easy bus transportation to all the 4 parks and 2 pool parks plus there are several pools at the resort.

Spectacular, service, service, magic, all in one place ...

Hotel is beautiful this trip we had to wait 20 min at check in and then a customer on line walked up and checked in before us not having to wait. Then the cashier said we had old bands and gave us new bands. My husbands band didnt work at park so had to go to customer desk. She fixed it however took all our fastpasses out. Was not our best trip.

You get what you paid for. 1st time at Disney and I will never come here to stay ever. Pay alittle more and stay elsewhere it's closer to the theme parks. Shuttle bus doesn't come as often as other places, beds are small (2 full size beds), tiny bathroom where the toilet is right by the door, no shampoo and conditioner nor body lotions are given, 3 tiny drawers to put away the clothes, and etc...Don't let the pictures fool you. The place is like Hotel 8 but repainted with a few Disney character pictures. I would not recommend this place especially if this is your first time going to Disney World.

Great time, excellent service. The rooms could use a little updating, but overall great for large families.

Very good experience. The staff very attentive. The super clean pool and the very punctual transportation. The cleanliness of the room failed a bit in that they never went to clean or carry clean towels

Been going to Disney for over 20 years but the food and hotel was a disappointment here. Its getting dated.

I was surprised for good, I thought it was going to be less, but it's really a great option in Disney World. We will return to this hotel.

It is what you would expect from the most affordable hotel at Disney

It is a wonderful place to stay while you visit Disney for the holidays. They put up Christmas decorations that make it feel festive even when you go back to your hotel room after a fun day in the parks.

Service is amazing and it is super clean.The tap leaks when you turn it on and the fan sounds like it could use a cleaning is my only complaint. Haven't said anything about it yet.

Great location and general service. The gate staff was rude but the rest of the staff has been courteous. The room is clean and well stocked, everything works nicely and the amenities are great. I only wish there were more stairwells for accessing rooms on the upper floors. The walk to the room is rather long, especially when moving luggage in from the car.

Great accommodations for the price when compared to the other resorts. It's small and a little dated but nice for families of little ones. Great for families that want to save some money but still stay in Disney property.
