Amazing customer service, neat place, lovely to stay.

Everything was great! We had to switch rooms mid stay and we were able to leave the bags in the room and they were moved for us. Everything was clean and well kept.

It was really nice. It was super nice nut rooms were good sized.

Our room was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly. Best of the 3 all star resorts!!!

Great resort but beds are super hard and mad for Minnie Mouse!

The rooms were nice, except for the pullout beds from the couches. All 4/5 nights as of now resulted in either a bad back or a bad neck throughout the day. Another thing we wished for were pots so we could boil something. Aside from that every thing was perfect, we didn't try any of the services, but even so we didn't feel like we needed anything else (beside the pots).

The accommodations were acceptable. Room was perfect size for two people, but would be on the small side for any more guests. Transportation was easy to figure out and relatively on-time. Vegan options were easily available upon request, though not listed on menu.

Great resort. Although cheaper then the other resorts, it was perfect. Can not say a bad thing about it.

This wasn t my choice I d resort my kids picked it out because the love the idea of having a kids themed room. I stayed here for one week. As I checked in the front desk receptionist told me she only had 2 rooms available, I knew that wasn t correct all the families before me had gotten a room and there were still more people behind me that needed to get checked in. So I just went ahead and took a room from the two options she gave me in the same building. As soon as I get in the room the moisture odor was strong. The seating area was over used with stains. The room I booked was for two pull outs for the kids and a king room. This one had one pull out, and we re a family of 6. So it was definitely not going to work for us. I called receptionist and they tell me that she will make note of it, and tells me she doesn t know when I m going to hear back from someone. So I decided to walk back over to the front desk to see what my options were. I spoke to a men in a suit I told him I needed to upgrade my room and that the current one had a bad smell. He was able to move me into a room that hadn t been check out by anyone. It should of never happen from the beginning. I did enjoy their bar. I came across a bigger issue but I already wrote a whole book. They get four stars because even though I had issues with management they were able to fix it.

Over priced would be better if they had complementary breakfast or way of making your own meals.

Overall a good resort. Low quality food at extremely high price though.

Reused Dirty Linens, Requested Fresh Ones 5 Times and it showed up 3 Hours Later 9:30 PM. We had a 4 AM flight, btw. We used an Uber Driver for dinner and security showed up faster than we could open the bag and take a bite. We get better service at Holiday Inn for a cheaper price. Facilities are dated, food prices are ridiculously high ($3 for a cafeteria size carton of milk, $5 for a 20 oz coke), we were OK until this failure in customer service at Disney, no less. I had heard of comforters not getting washed, but reusing dirty sheets did not seem to faze any cast member we reported this to. There was grass between the sheets on one bed and on the other bed kids being kids had got it dirty. No problem, just tuck and fold it back in???

A good value hotel. Nothing fancy but nothing really to write home about.

They are the three star hotels of Disney. One is Pop Century and the other three are nicknamed "All Star" (Movies, Sport and Music). The place is magnificent. They have reception 24 hours, comfortable rooms, shop, buffet, laundry, swimming pools, etc. In addition, by staying there, there are important benefits such as free parking in the parks, fast past for games 60 days in advance (if there are 30), extra hours in the parks, etc.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The people working in the lobby where super nice. The only thing I had an issue with was that when the cleaning person left the room there was a brown streak in the tub that was not there before.

It's what I expected from a value resort. The rooms are very dated and definitely need a uplift. Staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Biggest pool out of all the all the rooms are the same small but nice.

The resort was great. The pools were refreshing and very clean. Routine shuttles made getting to a park simple, and saved from needing a rental.

We had a great stay here. Alexis one of the life guards was top notch. She made our 4 year olds time at the pool AWESOME.

Amazing place to stay for a Disney World vacation. Good clean hygienic rooms with all the amenities and services on dot.
Great swimming pools awesome atmosphere brilliant decor etc..
Whether is need is small or big, quick response and help will be provided from the management.
Complementary to and fro tansportation service (motorcoach/buses) to theme parks with minimal wait time is the best of the lot.
All in all, this place haa a great transport facility with humble drivers, helpful staff, welcoming atmosphere, brilliant amenities, setup is pictures que, and many more.
I recommend to stay at Disney world resort.

We have a family suite it's great!! The size alone is unbelievable. Check in, all staff just wonderful. So glad we got this resort!!!

A nice simple resort with great transportation to the parks. Good, clean, and simple rooms. Great Disney staff and service!!!

Where should I start. Slow check-in (nearly one hour),remote motel-style room, and sad canteen-like food. Two star to the hotel itself and one star more for the one-hour magic hour.

The location is huge, we used the online check in and landed a room at the very end on the very last building where there is not much tracking and a lot of guests don't follow the rules and smoke or vape anywhere which as a non smoker and mother is very annoying to have my kids "breathing ".
Our room was always clean and kept in great shape.
Both pools are awesome and kept at a perfect temperature; there are swimming vests available for the little ones.
The front desk cast members were always nice, had an answer and were always willing to help.

The hotel was nice for the price. A bit of a hike to get to the building though.

I liked it, doing some re-modeling there. I thought the pool's were AWESOME :)

We had to extend our stay by 1 night due to hurricane Irma. We tried All Star Music and felt very uncomfortable. The back of the shower curtain had mold on it. If you're going to the parks and want "just a bed " then you might like it. I prefer something a little nicer.

Very good attention, clean the rooms, but they need to be remodeled

Such a great hotel! Great amenities! Disney sure knows how to make you happy! Few hiccups but quickly resolved. Would prefer housekeeping to keep the drapes and lights off in the room after they are done, so as people walking by don't see everything in our room.

All Star music has let it's standards slip. 1st room was damp and Smelt,moved to a 2nd which had a broken toilet. Housekeeping turned up once in a blue moon. On the positive side this resort does enough good to out weigh the bad

Resort is nice and at a decent price. The rooms aren't anything to get excited over though.

Like all value resorts, they are big, crowded, and loud. The pools are huge (and warm like bath water) here but it can take you up to 10 minutes to walk back and forth from your room to where the food and guest services are. At night, the hallways can be loud and raucous, but you can't beat the price and convenience to the parks.

We stayed twice at this hotel. The cleanliness is good and the staff is always very helpful. Actually, some points can be improved. The second time we went, some details and maintenance faults had been fixed.

It's a basic hotel room with a Disney and Music theme which makes it more fun than a basic hotel room without the same. You don't need much more after a day of exploring the World here, a place to rest and get refreshed for the adventures ahead tomorrow. It meets those needs at a reasonable price comparable to those non-themed hotels.

Great for families on a budget traveling to Disney world.

Stayed for a night. Cast members were great. Bartender was great. Scenery is really cool.

It's a low price resort for people looking to spend the least amount of money on a resort. Quality is not so great. But the cast members are delightful.

Room very clean, basic but sufficient to immerse in the Disney world. The mattress, although very soft, molds very warmly. In a standard room you can hardly get a room near the lobby.

Excelent service, very accesible, two pools, arcade and pretty much everything else you might need. Only thing that bothered me was the poor access to low fat meals and special menus, but for everything else everything went very well.

Beautiful place and very comfortable for a family vacation

It is spectacular, it has everything a hotel needs and more. The attention is unique and the infrastructure is 100% inclusive for anyone with or without special abilities. I give it 10/5 stars.

Disney business model makes it super convenient in all aspects of the Disney experience.

Shuttles to and from the resorts, dining on site, guest laundry and free wifi were all welcome.

The only issue was perhaps the Disney dining plan it is almost impossible to know what meals fall under what categories when trying to ensure you dont exceed your limit for each meal type. Could be easily rectified if items at food vendors/restaurants had letters to indicate the type of items each food item belongs to.

Rooms are nice. They need refurbished. They are starting to renovate now, so that's good. Need queen beds, which I understand are coming. Food court has excellent tasting food. If you are not a big eater, you can share an entree, plenty of food. Grounds are beautiful. Overall I recommend staying here. The 3 stars remain until refurbishment, then goes to 5 star resort again.

Very happy with my stay at the Disney's All Star Music Resort. Had a super great time

Pleasant staff. Decent food court. Quick to provide assistance. Only downside is the humidity issues in the room - dampness to things. Also, the sulphury water is disgusting. It would be nice if they filtered the water. Nonetheless, I would stay here again.

Lots of things to do on site. I wish there was better way to find building numbers. It's big and hard to see the building number.

When we stay on property, it is usually all-star music. The grounds are always welcome kept. The staff is friendly. The room was clean as expected. Building was a bit far from the front, but if that's the worst, it's OK.
