Fun, comfortable and clean Disney resort. This was my second stay and it was equally fantastic. The staff are friendly and the food court has a nice selection of food. The spicy seafood pasta dish was delicious!
The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a great size for 2 - 4 people. Can't wait to stay again.

Stayed in the Jazz suite during Spring Break. The room was ample sized for a family of six. The hotel was very crowded - made for long lines at times for the park buses - but had no problems with noise while in the room. Travel to/from the Magic Kingdom can be long. I had excellent service during my stay.

Although the rooms are small & the bathrooms outdated, they served their purpose. Everything was clean & staff were helpful & friendly. We ate in the food court once & the food was decent. Maybe a little overpriced, but what I would expect for eating at Disney. The room was a great value & we got the convenience of the Disney transportation system & also extra magic hours.

Great value Resort on Disney property. The food court, pool and transportation worked out perfectly for us. We have stayed here before and we are never disappointed. We usually pay a little extra for a preferred room which gives us a great location and doesn't have us in the back of the building or far from anything. This time when we stayed we were there for four nights and we told them we did not want house keeping and they gave us a $30 Disney gift card to spend anywhere on property! It is a little known fact but if you don't have housekeeping when you are there they will give you a gift card to spend and you can call the desk anytime you want to have extra towels or toiletries bought to your room. Win Win!

A well decorated value disney resort. We enjoyed the stay here. Definitely better than pop century resort. We still had to walk easily 0.3 miles inside hotel to reach room but the room was good, bathroom was big enough. Taking away a star because they forgot to put coffee machine in the room. And when we asked, they took good 1 hour to provide. Since this was our last day in Orlando, we took magic express, free service to Airport.

We arrived December 17th. Our room was standard but not a far walk from buses nor food court.
My daughter got tummy sick and because we flew in with only carry ons I didnt have lysol etc. The head lady at the gift shop (Rachel) went above and beyond to make my daughter comfortable and to tell me what services Disney provides! They even have thier own medical techs if needed! She even checked up with my daughter later to see how she was. That's luxury treatment right there!
Food court was fresh, hot and yummy. CMs were top notch and felt like family! Arcade was clean. Pools were clean and life guards friendly.
Higher pricing is not needed for Disney magic. This resort was perfect for my family!

I don't always stay at a motel, but when I do, it's a Disney motel. The rooms aren't that great, the theming is cheesy, and breakfast isn't included. There's not much to do without going to the parks, which have something for everyone, but the curses that come with that aren't avoided. Everything is nice, but with the price paid and how much money Disney has, I expected better.

The family suite we stayed in was exactly what you would expect staying in a Disney value resort. The room is spacious, and more comfortable than you would expect from a similar hotel. The only drawback is that because this is one of the Value resorts, school groups stay here, which lead to an obnoxious pool experience. I would stay here again, though. You get the Disney experience, without the huge price tag.

Rooms need updating. Staff at front desk very nice but took way too long to register. Bracelets not in computer correctly and took an hour to correct. One bed had to replace mattress was concave.

Great place to stay. Need some work on policy about add on dinning though. I was disappointed and not happy to be charged for adding a dinning plan on to my room. It wasn't a small fee. A nights stay is what it costed me. Be mindful when you book if you're interested in dining to do it then. It's worth it to add it.

Very clean, friendly cast members. Has bus service to the different theme parks and Disney springs. No need for a car if you are only going to Disney theme parks. Opted out of the mousekeeping and received a gift card to use at the parks.

Being placed in a building without being told it was under construction was a bit annoying. I had to take longer paths with my daughter in a wheelchair because of the construction. The new parking fee is annoying. I like the credit for denying room service. The staff was friendly as always.

The location is ideal; our family room is a little worn, but I expect that from a resort hotel room. Check-in was a breeze. The cast members in the gift shop are wonderful. I haven't ordered food yet or done laundry, but everything else is as it should be-magical.

Much better than expected. The rooms had no hostel feel, but were pretty, practical, clean and arranged like an American motel. Unfortunately, you had to be very good on foot on the premises, as the paths were very long and the parking spaces far away from the rooms.

Quite a bit more expensive than off-site accomodations and the rooms are getting a bit dated, but the service, cleanliness, great showers and on-site amenities more than make up for the small nitpicks.

It's your typical motel experience.

It's your typical motel experience.
The magic passes are also your room keys. (Didn't know that when I arrived at 9:30 pm caring my sleeping daughter in my arms).
It's very outdated, you can easily imagine in the 1970s.
But having stayed there to go to Disney World, it suited its purpose. We stayed 2 nights and only slept at the hotel.
I rate breakfast as poor. Anytime you can't get two eggs over easy, you get a poor to pathetic rating in my book. I ordered, the mickey waffles with fruit, bacon and sausage. I asked for no sauce on the waffles then I asked about the fruit. Turns out Disney's definition of fruit is the strawberry sauce for the waffles. Talk about technicalities...
The distances are considerable (I was staying in building 2, which supposedly is preferred). 1 and 10 are the closest and the one I thought were preferred but it seems that honor is extended at least to building 2 (probably 9 too, but I can't say that definitively).
Admittedly, the distance became more pronounced by the fact that I didn't bring my own stroller. Will not be making that mistake again, at the very least, I will call for a rental. Not going to be taking those hard plastic containers Disney rents out. Aside from the ergonomics, the obvious issue is that they stay in the park.
The gift shop is nice.
Can't really comment on anything else about this hotel.

It is as basic a room as you can expect, but still charming and the resort is awesome. Beware, the beds in the 2 double rooms are Full size beds, not queens. They do make it clear when you reserve, but I wasn't paying that much attention so it was a surprise to me.
