Excellent collision repair and cordial, informative customer service.

I was in a car crash in early October, I had my car towed there and was told about two weeks before it would be ready. I called after the two weeks were up and was told a part would not be in till the 30th of November, I had to return my rental already at this point. I then called on the 30th to check in again. I was then greeted with a voice message saying the place will be closed for two weeks because of COVID, no date of when this voice mail was made and no return date was given. I have been without my car for almost TWO MONTHS and have had to uber to work. I was never called or notified of them having to close I am left in the dark and have no way of getting in contact with anyone. I understand that Covid is a real thing but how they have handled this is more than unprofessional. To say I am upset is an understatement.

They did some collision repair on my Tundra. Very high quality repairs done. They really exceeded all expectations in every way. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely recommend this place. My car was damaged from an accident and they communicated with me all the way through even when I would forget they would check in with me constantly. My car looks brand new and they even detail cleaned it inside and out for me. Such kind people here .

All star auto told me that they could start repairs same day as drop off and to have my car towed into their shop and they would give me a call in a few hours to let me know the damages. I didn t hear back so I called the next day and they are now closed for 3 weeks due to COVID. My insurance only allowes a rental car for two weeks so I am screwed. I also needed to get an item out of my car and it is now stuck there for two weeks while closed. I was never notified they were closing and in fact was told they could get the repairs done in a week or two. That s why I towed my car there. I feel cheated and robbed and lied too. Extremely unprofessional and unethical
