Bought cricket stuff for serious sport kids. Price matched the web with the benefit of trying them on first. It's a bit piled high, but I wasn't there for the 'experience'

Absolutely dreadful company. Orders are ALWAYS late, they then lie through their teeth about why it s late (it s never their fault), and they don t contact you back. They say club wear can take between 14-25 days due to badges needing and external company to sew them, which is fine. I have been waiting for a club hoody for exactly 25 days now and when I contacted them they said they haven t even received the blank hoodies, never mind sent them to have the badge sewn!!! I will be cancelling, and my club will no longer be using them for our teamwear.

Dreadful company, everyone should go elsewhere.

THE best place in Leeds and possibly all of Yorkshire for trying and buying any cricket equipment made by the big well known brands. Great location right across from Headingley Stadium too! Order online and pickup in store for best value.

This store has the most friendly,helpful and knowlegable staff I have ever met.They even pricechecked their prices from the website,on which there was a sale.Absoloutly superb.

Avoid at all costs. Paid for a hockey stick weeks ago and nothing has arrived. The customer service lines ( all 4 options) are never ever answered. The stores are clueless. Head office line ring out. Emails no answered. I cant even get a refund ! Dreadful

Very poor customer service. I bought a bat and after 7 games it has a severe crack. They refused to send it back to the manufacturer.

Rubbish customer service, ordered on 15th April still waiting for products to arrive. First they informed me it's on 9 working days now they tell me it's 12 possibly 25. Let's see if teamwear we ordered will turn out to be garbage quality too .very disappointed especially with the price already paid.

Some good things:
People in the shop are nice people. If you know what you want you can go in and get it, they have only an ok range of other stock but a good range of bats.

Mostly bad:
Their online service is a mess.
The staff don t seem to know what their stock is.
They have things in stock that are not available.
They don t embroider anything anymore.
They are happy to send you another item that s equal to your item without asking if that s what you want, especially before putting on initials and club badge.
They absolutely cannot deal with problems.

Service Levels have been deteriorating over the last few years since we established a club shop. Advised of 7 days lead time and took over a month. Issue with order and poor quality logo print have yet to be resolved and lack of communication is disappointing. Paying premium prices for poor service and poor product

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Just to warn everyone, I ordered a range of items from allrounder, it has been 93 days and so far they have sent an incomplete order. With items being delivered that I did not order, and a cap which was 48 hours delivery has still never been delivered despite me contacting them numerous times. They have also tried to charge me for items which I did not even order. Stay away from this website and there useless customer service department.

Useless staff.... and for some reason don't like to pick the phone up!!! Rubbish customer service! I'd give it no stars if It gave me that choice!

Poor serivice.
Postage was delayed, with no communication and no resolution to the matter. Spend $100 to get overseas postage just to be told 'there was an issue and it's resolve after 6 weeks" poor poor service. Will never buy agin from this company

Definitely the best Cricket Store in Yorkshire if not the UK. Friendly, knowledgable staff and the range available is the largest I have seen......

Been waiting 5 months for an order - emailed, used the contact form... no response

all round cricket more like all round poor service, i order some Adidas mid vectors as the website said they were in stock, paid $48 for 48 hours delivery.

After a few days ive had no communications from all round cricket to say my shoes have been delivered which is strange cause i paid $48 for the delivery in 48 hours, fast forward another 2 days later i get an email from Macy telling me the shoes are popular and they are out of stock in my size ......... the same shoes they said were in stock on their website. that was the last communication i received from them

I did ask for a refund on my delivery at least considering my 48 hour delivery became 624 hour delivery and it doesn't really seem like its worth the $48 for that. in the end i had to go to local Greg Chappel cricket shop and buy a pair because it was urgent.

Never Again All Round Cricket, poor service, poor communication!

The shop has a very good selection of bats and knowledgeable staff. Also got a reduction from the pricing online.

Don't be put off by the premises. Great selection of cricket kit, friendly, helpful knowledgeable staff. The best place to buy kit in Leeds.

Excellent customer service, great range of equipment, dying bread these places we need them to survive against the dross that is sports direct etc, support them or lose them at our peril!!

I totally agree with the other one star reviews. I felt the need to review these guys so that other people don't get fooled like me. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life!! They don't care about your order or you. Once the order is made they will totally ignore you. I emailed them N number of times asking them to update me on the progress: What they are doing and what is taking so long? After more than 2 weeks of my emails I got a reply that they don't have the item!! Also note, I wrote my first email after waiting a week for the shipping info (so I am not being impatient here). Still I thought, let's give them another chance, so I again wrote email about having a dialogue on what can be done now. Three days and counting... no reply.

Not to mention, they have blocked me on Facebook and Twitter for posting the truth and of course they deleted my post on Facebook. Bunch of nonprofessionals running the business! They have the time and energy to block and delete the posts but not to write an email.

If I don't hear back from them till tomorrow I might be taking a legal action against these people that is how frustrated I am at this point. SAVE YOURSELF, don't order and regret.

Don't ever use this company, they deliver your item to the wrong address and when you eventually get your parcel you have an item that is totally wrong. Trying to speak to someone is almost impossible, you sometimes get a voicemail full message! and arranging to get the correct item takes forever. Stay clear.

Avoid. Been fobbed of that many times that I have lost count. More than 30 WORKING days into order and still no sign, promised all sorts of dates and not one has been correct. GNo chance of a refund for delivery as it is impossible to speak to people who don't care. No reasons given so why the service is so slack. Hope it is right when I get the gear because I wouldn't dare deal with this company again.
AVOID if you value your money spend it elsewhere!

AVOID. If you are coming for hockey equipment.... don't bother wasting your time. Small selection of relatively poor quality sticks, nothing over 37.5 inches, no where to try out, little additional stock.... Staff utterly dis-interested which makes it even more frustrating. Certainly nothing like the impression the website gives....
Shame, because we need to support small independents, but this place is really rubbish .

Amazing staff, the main two staff Phil and Elaine are extremely good and helpful when choosing equipment. I have been going to get my bats from Allrounder and they have never sold a poor bat or poor equipment to me. The only exception was one Puma bat which snapped and in fact was fixed by Phil, and was fixed exquisitely.

Really poor - showed an item as available online but then sent me a passive aggressive response when I queried it s whereabouts after a month. Still hadn t arrived after 6 weeks but try to deny me a refund. Then promised to deliver a few days later but didn t and gave me no update. I had to report through PayPal to get my money back. Won t be using again.

A decent amount of stock but the prices are a rip off. Bat's are way over priced for example. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Getting your order from the website is a nightmare... takes ages to arrive, unfortunately only place to get my team kit from.

Fantastic service third year of purchasing a hockey stick for my daughter, first time spend over an hour testing sticks and being helped with her choice by process of elimination. Still buying the same model 3 years on. Ordered last two online, this years stick same model but different colour, which she doesn't like, phoned to check availability of last years model which they have in stock and we will be exchanging on Sunday. All very helpful on phone, would recommend this company to anyone. Order placed on Tuesday for stick and astros, delivery made on Thursday free of charge. Can't get much better than that. Keep it up!!!

Great bats and shirts with reduced prices as compared to LCCC. Great quality shoes, bats, shirts and helmets. Only thing missing is good cricket balls but otherwise very pleased!

Huge selection, wonderful and helpful staff, great prices. If you like cricket this is possibly one of the best shops in Yorkshire. My six year old now has a new place to ask to go continuously
