I worked for 7 years for this company, was let go due to lack of work , only to find the guy who covers for me on my days off, in my bay and all my stuff no longer there, yet, somehow my back up was still employed and working my shifts at that point, even Though there was lack of work . They fired the previous technician before me, in the same exact manner that they let me go. Basically having your back up replace you.
I am grateful only for the experience and knowledge I learned, but I do regret going above and beyond for a company who will drop you without a hesitation.

Worst company I have ever worked. They make you believe that they are on your side and that they have your best interest in mind, but at the end of the day they are slave drivers who refuse to give raises or even recognition to the employees who shine.
They are a sub contract company that goes into dealership bamboozeling them with ideas of granger and put there best in that shop for a few weeks to seal the deal and get the account but then they flip the script an bring in there lowest paid employees who don t know the 1st thing and expect that they will do just fine.
Unless you are upper management, male, and a great brown noser don t expect to be treated with equal respect, make any more then you were hired on at and you will be told you will move up soon but it will never happen.

As a pdr subcontractor for this company it is a pain to get paid what is due and is often months overdue before me having to go through the entire chain to get paid,this place is a joke and has horrible book keeping for payroll ,I have a 5 star business and I take pride in my customer service and make sure everything is handled in a professional and timely manner, this place needs better management and I will no longer be available to help this company with any more paintless dent repair. It's now August and I have still not been paid since the month of April.
