About All india management association (aima)
All India Management Association (AIMA) is a federation of Local Management Associations (LMAs) that has been serving the Indian business community for over 60 years. AIMA today affiliates 64 LMAs across the country and two co-operating management associations i.e. Qatar Indian Management Association and Mauritius Management Association.
The primary objective of AIMA is to promote excellence in management education, research, and practice in India. The organization aims to provide a platform for managers, entrepreneurs, academicians, and students to exchange ideas and best practices in the field of management.
AIMA offers a wide range of services to its members including training programs, conferences, seminars, workshops, publications, research studies, consulting services etc. These services are designed to help managers enhance their skills and knowledge so that they can become more effective leaders in their organizations.
