Having recently purchased an 80 year old home Bundaberg North, in need of cosmetic surgery...I went to Zac at All in Stone to order bench tops. Kitchen quite small with a nook for cook top & oven. Had purchased an under mount sink not thinking of size availability to install. Nothing was ever any trouble, colour choice excellent( which I changed 3 times)...Today was installation day. Everybody on time, clean work and PRECISE measurements. This is our 20th home and I wish I had this Company at the beginning of our housing journey Congratulations to all at this Company. By the way my edge profile is Oggee (lambs tongue) not the normal pencil/ straight edge.
This company has provided a wonderful service and, in particular, Zac could not be more helpful with assisting us with our product selection for our kitchen renovation.

I bought VERY expensive stone benchtops for my kitchen through these guys. Stone is gorgeous. Junior tradie was great. Senior tradie had me wild enough to want to cause harm. Did not turn up on only day they said they could come, and which all other trades were booked around. Did not even bother to notify us, then avoided speaking to us. Eventally told us they might be able to come 4 days later, but we demanded next day service. 3 out of the 4 stone pieces cut to incorrect size. Senior guy spoke condescendingly down to me as a female in a wheelchair. Had to have cabinetmaker back to resize cupboards to fit stone. Senior guy stood around with his arms crossed and sighed and said "It's a waiting game, innit?" Different semior guy back next day to grind the edge and barely acknowledged me. All other trades delayed and had to return at different times, so extra cost. Owner might have great product but some of his tradies need a lesson in customer service and manners.
