All Creatures has always been there for my fur-family and I appreciate the compassion of all the staff. The practice manager, Kara, is one of the kindest people I know. She has always been helpful and compassionate when we needed help.
Always a great experience. Dr. Kimble is great! The techs are super caring and attentive. The manager is great to deal with. When there was an issue, it was taken care of with easily and above expectations. Always recommend.
We've been using All Creatures probably 15 years. I have complete confidence in the vets. The techs are excellent as well.
They go above and beyond to help me with my large German Shepherd. Now that I'm a "bit" older, he can easily pull me down if he decides to take off. They come to my car and take him in for me. That's just one example of how I've seen them do more than they had to, to accommodate me and my dogs over the years, especially since I was widowed a couple of years ago.
We have numerous pets and trust this vet with all of them. We've kept going even though we now live in Valrico, because of the level of care and responsiveness of the entire staff. In four years we have never had anything short of a great visit including having to put a pet down.
I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care and attention the entire staff gives to the pets and people who come in here. I wish I could give more stars and put this out in more.places. more vets should aspire to this level of care, budget, and humanity.
This is probably the best clinic that we have had the pleasure of bringing my Service Dog Ginger to. From the time you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly professional Staff member. Then each member of their staff that comes to get you is the same. What I particularly like is their focus is on the pet while still engaging with the person bringing them in. Even her Veterinarian was fantastic. It was the very first time I had seen a Vet, sit down on the floor & engage with our girl. Hugging her scratching and petting her making her feel comfortable with her exam. Our girl didn't even react when they had to draw blood with a needle from her. After the exam everything was explained to me perfectly so I could understand, then they showed an actual concern about if I had any questions that they wanted to answer them. All I can say, is that I have been going to this clinic since the first day Ginger rescued me from the pound 4 years ago. And they have sent me reminders on my email, & about due vacations, appointments, yearly exam's, Ginger's Birthday. They are on top of all of Ginger's health. So for me, I give them 10+ for the clinic all around, from the building to every member of their family of staff members. Personally, I can honestly recommend this clinic. I have to all of my friends and family members.

On a Monday, after a weekend of craziness, the staff was so accommodating & worked as quick as they could for the regular appointments & also for the emergencies that needed attending to. Everyone kept positive attitudes following being called in on their day off & sanitized betw the visits. Check out was quick, easy & affordable. We were there for a new puppy 12 wk shot appointment & vet check. We got the all clear. Great visit.
I am very happy with this clinic. I am going to be changing to this animal clinic for all my pets needs. We had an emergency with a two month old puppy this week, and I took him to our original vet and he did not leave us in good spirits. We went to this doctor just hours after leaving the other place and this doctor gave us all kinds of hope for our little new family member. I am very impressed by the knowledge and care that he had for my family and my pet, I would really recommend this clinic to anyone that loves their pets as much as me and my family does. I am glad that they were recommended to us and they were able to see us so soon.
