This is probably the best clinic that we have had the pleasure of bringing my Service Dog Ginger to. From the time you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly professional Staff member. Then each member of their staff that comes to get you is the same. What I particularly like is their focus is on the pet while still engaging with the person bringing them in. Even her Veterinarian was fantastic. It was the very first time I had seen a Vet, sit down on the floor & engage with our girl. Hugging her scratching and petting her making her feel comfortable with her exam. Our girl didn't even react when they had to draw blood with a needle from her. After the exam everything was explained to me perfectly so I could understand, then they showed an actual concern about if I had any questions that they wanted to answer them. All I can say, is that I have been going to this clinic since the first day Ginger rescued me from the pound 4 years ago. And they have sent me reminders on my email, & about due vacations, appointments, yearly exam's, Ginger's Birthday. They are on top of all of Ginger's health. So for me, I give them 10+ for the clinic all around, from the building to every member of their family of staff members. Personally, I can honestly recommend this clinic. I have to all of my friends and family members.
