DO NOT entrust your loved ones to All Care! I have had 24/7 care for my mother since November 2018 and their services just keep getting worse. I terminated their services today (February 15, 2019). While there are a few good aides, most of them ignore my mother, or talk over her when she is talking to me or other visitors, or fall asleep when they are supposed to provide 24/7 AWAKE care. I have witnessed them changing the TV station to watch what they want to watch, not what my mother wants to watch. It's her home, her TV and they are being paid to be there! Once an aide arrived at 7AM and called me because she could not get the night aide to answer the door or the phone. Good thing my mother didn't need anything while the aide was sleeping!

They bill me weekly but only submit documentation to my mother's long term care insurance once a month and wait a full month after services are completed. (Sent info on Januray 31 for full month of December). So I am out of pocket the money for 6 weeks but if they don't receive payment within 4 to 5 days of billing me, they are calling looking for their money. Seems reasonable, right?

One Friday afternoon, I receive an email that they did not have anyone to cover 7PM to 10PM on Saturday. That is one of the times my mother needs the most help - getting ready for bed. The building my mother lives in is looked after 9PM. So my 90 year old mother is supposed to get herself ready for bed and then get up at 10PM and go down to the front lobby to let the aide into the building?

One aide arrives late every night (luckily she only works 3 nights a week). She is anywhere from 10 minutes to 40 minutes late. The aide she is relieving, bills me for her extra time she has to stay, which is completely reasonable but the aide arriving late submits for the full time she is scheduled! When I receive the bills, there are days when I am billed for 25 hours. Last I checked, there are only 24 hours in a day.

I could go on and on but will just urge you to go ANYWHERE else for care for your loved ones. All Care should change their name to NO CARE!

This place is horrible. My mother has ALS and we needed a pt to come to our home to help us with sime things my mother needs to make her life easier. So there was sent 4 referrals from my mothers doctor but they say they never received em i kept calling every single day than they finally said they received the referral but not her insurance information i send them the insurance information than they said we dlnt wany that information from u but from the doctor. Her answer was ill see what i can do and haven't heard since. This place is a absolute disgrace. The employees dont care what so ever and they have an attitude when u try to resolve a situation. Do not recommend doing business with this place

Be aware of this company!! Very BAD customer service skills. The caliber of the Nursing Staff they employ is from the bottom of the barrel. The supervisors are no better! Do yourself a favor and go with another agency! It will save you a lot of time and aggravation. Partners is a wonderful home care group.

I was forced to give 1 star! I would give a -0! Deplorable agency ! As a seasoned Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse for over 5.5 years, I am disturbed at the poor care my uncle has received. We just want him to be comfortable no matter where the care is coming from! No supplies ordered, no teaching as far as end of life, no teaching of comfort medications, incontinence care/repositioning etc. No APP mattress ordered with the hospital bed and especially NO daily visits for a dying man. He had 2 stage I purple pressure ulcers on his coccyx and if you don't supply barrier cream, an air mattresses and or supplies then please recommend it so we can get it for him! I couldn't be there at the beginning! I had to bring my own bought supplies to the home and tell my family he had only a few days left! My family was unaware as it was a fast decline and not one nurse did any teaching! I walked into a horrible, neglectful situation and just wanted to be a niece, not a hospice nurse and should not have had to all and request any hospice agency to order, supplies, request daily visits and ask for support!

I was released from Spaulding rehabilitation hospital Charlestown Saturday April 27th following a month of stoke rehab. All Care was selected as the agency responsible for VNA, OT, PT, Speech therapy, social worker, and home health aide. The agreed upon plan was for 3x weekly service for the month of May.

I have seen the VNA the agreed upon 3x, the OT 2x, the PT 2x, the HHA 0x, the social worker 0x... that is seven of the thirteen services, or a score of 53%...a failling grade of F....

Today I am emailing All Care manament as my speech is affected, phone calls are not feasible

Frustrated in Melrose MA.

This agency should be investigated by the Commonwealth Of Massachusetts AG's Office as well as Medicare governing the care of the elderly and end of life practices. My mom was under care for a very short amount of time thankfully. When she was admitted to the hospital for care this agency dropped her like a hot potato. Creating all kinds of havoc with her insurance and care. If I could give this agency a rating of -10 I surely would. There is no excuse for what this agency did. If you're family member is sick or needing care of any matter DO NOT!!!!! allow this agency to take care of them. DISGUSTING!!!!!

All Care was hired by my niece to adjunct care for my sister in dementia units of 2 facilities. A few care givers were sweet and caring, but All Care in general was short sighted for her needs initially and continually to her death. They didn t get showering or toileting items needed: to assist her self reliance and care. No additional aids were with her towards the end and one facility was so distressed with one caretaker they asked her to leave. The physician covering their patients left their agency. I was a bystander, a retired 33 yr nurse, who was there every day.
