Years ago I purchased a water filtration system from my local health food store who I trusted their opinion. I love this water filtration machine due since moving to Nevada after living in the PNW where the water tastes better.
Easy to install. I also use the extra water that comes out I store due to it is more acidic, to watering my plants, cleaning my vegetables, disinfecting things. I highly recommend everyone especially in hard water areas to have one of these. Healthy drinking!

David Banuelos, my AlkaViva salesperson, was all about service and kindness. At no point did he sales pressure me. This is a rare experience in my book. Instead he created a friendly rapport where I enjoyed asking questions, sharing concerns, learning a lot and eventually arriving at a decision I felt comfortable about. Buying the Athena H2 was a big purchase for me and David was there every step of the way. He always made himself available via chat and email -- even in the late evening when I was installing my new machine. I feel I can continue to count on him for follow up questions and referrals. I've had my Delphi H2 AlkaViva ionizer for over a year. I love it and can't imagine not having it! David was my sales rep and he was great with answering my questions and providing me with additional information! Highly recommend AlkaViva.

David was SO helpful. I recently bought a machine through a different company and I started researching on the internet to do some comparable pricing and that s when I came across this website. I opened the chat and I got David and I asked him a bunch of questions. He was able to answer every single one and he helped me through the entire process of purchasing and included the germ solution which I am super excited to use. I cancelled my other order and requested a refund and I am so excited to receive my machine through this company ! I would recommend David to everyone and I m so happy I got him today!

I have had only wonderful experiences with AlkaVivia. I have owned to of their machines over the last decade. I couldn't be happier with their products, customer service, and David Banuelos is fabulous! Couldn't recommend more and the water tastes and feels great!

Been using their filters for a while now and we are very happy with them. We use the filtered water for drinking, watering the plants, the fish tank - no life form likes chlorine and the other toxins in tap water. Not to mention the taste, if you didn't filter. We use the alkaline water for coffee and such. This is the first time I bought it directly from AlkaViva and the customer service was fantastic, the price lower, and the shipment smooth. Will definitely be back.

We recently called for help with a leaking connection on our Athena water filter. Harold was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to find the correct o-ring parts that were needed. He also was very informative about how to deal with descaling our machine. We learned a lot from him.

All the benefits i have gotten out of the Alkaline & Acidic Water has saved my health over all my teeth, inflammation & much more. My kids are very healthy & love the water as well. I love the Jupiter Melody alkaviva ionizer. I like the fact that it splits the water into two faucets, one for drinking and one for acidic water so I can water my plants. The water has a great taste. My tap water is hard and has a weird taste but the filtered and alkaline water taste great. I can really taste the difference. I truly love it.
