I was recommended this place from a friend so I booked. I booked online and there was options on times to book. I booked my time which was on a Saturday. My day arrived, Coming all the way from Kent whilst driving I got a phone call from them to ask where I was and how long will I take to get there. This was at 2.45 my app was 3.45 I said it's ok I'm on my way I wont b long. 20mins later another call, it's ok I'll b 17mins. 10 mins later another call. Oh sorry we can't see you now! I say excuse my appointment is in 10mins. I mayb 5mins late but I am coming from Kent she then checks and says ok. I am now put off going here so will not b returning. I felt rushed and feel they were very unprofessional! Because they made the mistake of saying my appointment was at 3 and it was not!
