I have put time into my rehabilitation. A year. I'm tapering on my own . The counselors are of no help. I made a complaint on Eugene, the director and all of a sudden I was given a 10 day detox when I was already at 30mgs and doing 1mg a day. But the 10 day detox means 3mgs a day. I asked why they did this and they said because I didn't see my counselor one time . But I know it was because of the complaint on Eugene for the verbal abuse. The group meetings are just people who are scoring drugs. I did everything right clean UAs but that man has a power trip . I will be contacting a lawyer and I will be contacted the state. Disgusting

This place is an absolute joke. They're supposed to help out women who are trying to get and stay sober but all they do is enable. Women leave and go on binges and then are allowed to come back without any consequences or repercussions. I knew of a person that snuck in chocolate for her kids and was restricted and extended whereas the ones who would take off and get high for days were "completing" the program "successfully". And when you try to file a complaint at the highest level all they do is stonewall you and tell you they'll look into it. I e-mailed their CEO, HR manager, and immediate supervisor to file a complaint on Rosemary Sanchez, a counselor at the Women's Residential, back in late November (I also CC'd Rosemary Sanchez to be fully transparent). I asked the receptionist to ask her how to file a complaint and the counselor's response was to talk to HR. It may be true to a certain extent but I also know for a fact that on a form posted on their read-board by the entrance that describes the complaint process(which I wasn't allowed to go look at and told to remain at the entrance) there was actually a point of contact from HR to reach out to. I was sent a courtesy email from Ricki Estrada (Divisional Director) on 12/10/19 that it would be looked into, after I initiated the process on 11/29/19 and here I am still waiting. Keep anyone you know away from this place.

WOW this is the place for recovering addicts. A great support team and counselors that really care. More than anything there are recovering coaches who were addicts and know everything you are going through. Guadalupe and Greg are Great! Highly recommend it!

Children at this facility every three weeks come down with a stomach bug due to lack of proper cleaning practices. Staff members antagonizing residents purposely in an effort to add more time to the residents that are already there. Facility deliberately limit time with Mother's who have given birth to babies with no consideration given to how crucial it is for Mother and baby to bond.

I do not know what is the problem
Or if they really know what they speak from what they read or what they hear
Religiously I pay my fee because it is not free ... And I see a nurse putting water in the methadone on Tuesday between 11:30 and 12 and now they take away the privilege of taking me 1 bottle
Monday and Tuesday, trying to talk to my counselor, she arrived unoccupied. I automatically asked.
Aliviane is a center to help the community or the community in the belief that those helped make generous deposits that God bless their generosity

Now that this particular nurse should be given an exam, his angry reaction was not normal.

We are not homeless and the clinic does not belong to them

The treatment s good, but not certain people with power trips.
