I called to inquire about getting my home listed. Alicia came out herself and told us what she could list our house at. She said she would send us information via docusign, which was never received. She left my home & didn t leave a business card or anything. I tried to call the main number listed on their website and I don t get an answer. I ve tried to follow up to get my house listed and no luck. This is honestly poor customer service. How would I even expect my house to be shown, if they don t answer the calls from the seller? I m going with another realtor company. Callling Alicia Trevino was a waste of time.

I didn't work directly with this company, but I was going to buy a house that they listed for a client. I decided not to buy the house so my agent request my earnest money back. At first they stated that they didn't receive it, and they stated that they was waiting on the Seller to sign the contract before they could release my check. This went on for 3 or 4 days until I went to their office. After leaving their office they called my agent to say that the seller finally signed the contract. Long story short had I not went out there I probably would not have gotten my money back. I don't trust them! Use with CAUTION!!!!!!!

It's sad to see that Alicia Trevino and her realtors have not learned from past mistakes. I see other reviews mentioning MOLD that was not disclosed to them, and that also happened to me. I bought a house that was listed by Joseph Gonzalez (Alicia Trevino is his broker) and later found out that Joseph had an Inspection Report that included ALL THE MOLD that was NOT disclosed to me, and it was covered up by the seller so my inspector did not find it. I reported all of this to TREC, and they didn't care about the fraud that Joseph and Alicia had committed just so they could sell a house. It's quite appalling there is no consumer protection anymore. READ REVIEWS and do homework - only thing you can do to protect yourself anymore.

Called to get information about 107 Colonial Cir Seagoville TX 75159 I shared my concerns she wanted attorney information! this house is all messed up with mold in all the rooms, she did not show that in the pictures, ac system is broken completely, termites, foundation no good, ceiling and roof are caving in, swimming pool is full and clogged up due to foundation and must be pulled out! I tried to tell her the house is under criminal investigation, she wanted attorneys names and all! instead of being grateful for the information with proof! she stated she was only there to sell it nothing else! WOW! Run from this crook when you honestly tell someone with proof and the only thing she is interested is money, How cold blooded! Be careful minority people or all people she is going to screw someone!! Beware you were warned!! Don't buy this house or use this realtor its all crooked!!

It seems that everyone is getting their real estat...

It seems that everyone is getting their real estate license, and marketing all over social media that they will help you sell or buy a new home. But a real estate transaction is never something you want to jump into, and have little experience with, let along have a realtor that doesn't know what they are doing. Having lived in Mesquite for almost 40 years, there is really only big company that serves this area, and that is Alicia Trevino's brokerage. Maria has been a face I've seen on billboards for years, and so when the time came to sell our home, she was the first person I spoke to and interviewed for our home sale, several months before we would list our home. Maria was kind and friendly, knowledgeable with our area, and had a very deep network of contacts she would be working with. When the time came to choose a realtor, I knew she was who we would choose.

Maria provided great insight of local comps, and how to price for our location, and gave advice to help stage and show off how beautiful and well taken care of our house was. Our buyer ended up being someone who saw the house the first week, and we ended up signing a contract within a month. Making sure a home is priced right and staged correctly are the most important things in making sure you don't scare off the right buyer, and Maria was able to do both to help us get the home sold quickly, in what is traditionally the worst time of year to sell.

All that being said, the problems with our buyer began as we got close to closing. An inability to secure lending caused delays and amendments, to make sure the deal didn't terminate. Once closed, the buyer and their agent tried to go back on signed agreements, and force us out of our home earlier than agreed to. Maria went to bat for us, and fought to make sure that our agreement was enforced. I can't stress enough how important it is to make sure your realtor is as experienced as Maria is, because even the simple wording she used in the agreements, helped validate the dates that were agreed to.

Maria went the extra mile to help us get the money we knew our home was worth, and was available at all hours of the day to help clarify contract questions, and walk us along the entire process. Her support until closing, and after closing was very appreciated, and her concern for our family is what sets her apart from many other realtors out there.

I rarely give referrals, as they have a tendency to make me look bad, but I haven't hesitated in referring Maria to neighbors and friends, as I know she will take care of them, just like she took care of me.

Alicia always makes sure her realtors are properly trained and ready to assist you with any of your real estate needs. I have worked with her office for 8 years now and they have grown and succeeded in all DFW area and surrounding cities and counties. Very highly recommend this office if your selling or buying your next home

It was an absolutely fantastic experience working with Alicia Trevino. She made the whole property buying process a breeze for us. Alicia diligently worked on our behalf to ensure that we were informed and protected at every turn and negotiated the best possible deal for us. She is very knowledgeable about the land and property in the Dallas area. Alicia worked so quickly and efficiently that we were able to close on the property just a few days after we contacted her! Alicia Trevino was on HGTV's My First Sale a few years ago when she acted as listing agent for a couple in Forney. House prices in southeast Dallas were hit hard by the recession and she wasn't able to bring in an offer the couple could live with on the show. Same story in our case except we didn't have a choice, we had to sell. We lost about $25,000. It didn't help that Alicia refused to waive the 6% fee even though she acted as both the buyer's agent and our agent. She definitely didn't earn all that money for the minimal amount of work she did to sell the house.

When I called Trevino Realtors, Alicia immediately picked up and we scheduled a time for her to come look at our home and work up a sales price. That was the first and last time I was ever able to get a hold of Alicia the first time I called her. She missed our first appointment and was 2 hours late to the second which we scheduled after I called 3 or 4 times, left messages, and she finally called me back. That should have been a clue to how things would go.

Alicia is very nice, professional when present, and seemed good with numbers and explained everything very well. She had a pulse on the neighborhood and seemed interested in helping us while she was at the house. Unfortunately, selling a house is just a really stressful situation, and she didn't make it an easy process by any means as there were many particulars that had to be worked out days and months later.

At one point Alicia became so unresponsive to email, text, and telephone calls we went to her office in Mesquite and sat in the lobby so we could actually talk to her. While we were there we found out that an offer had come in days earlier that no one had told us about. This was pretty upsetting.

In the end we were able to sell, but it cost us a ton of money, and cause a lot of stress and heartbreak. I think Alicia is probably a good realtor, but I get the impression that she either has too many clients or does not dedicate enough time to her job. I wish her well and hope that she can improve.

I have dealt with many real estate companies over the years, but Alicia and her incredible team take real estate to another level. We had a very complex transaction, a domino effect with 4 luxury estates being bought/sold for it to work and she handled it flawlessly. From high tech photography/videography to the intense marketing strategy, she sold my house at a record neighborhood price and at a record speed.

We recently sold our house on Carrollton. Bought another house in The Colony, had the house inspected by licensed.individuals .Gave the realtor all the invoices to give to seller to fix items. Instead seller took off repairs from price. Can not get my original invoices that I paid for, not them. Day.of closing.realtor never showed.up

This realtor is amazing shrewd. My home purchase involved Alicia as the listing agent. History: my initial bid on a home she listed was turned down. She didn't even allow a counter offer. Months passed, several attempts were made by my realtor to contact Alicia for a backup contract, and she totally ignored us. Fortunately, my realtor (who took a totally different approach) was persistent, regardless of Alicia's disregard. Long story short - the original buyer was not able to purchase the home, and a deal was made for us to assume a backup contract. I assume this was only made out of Alicia's concern of potentially losing the seller to another agent. Caveat - backup contracts are a normal part of the home buying process. Yet, the manner in which our transaction was conducted was in my opinion a bit shady, and I was dismayed by Alicia's passive/aggressive selling tactics. Fact: we got the home we wanted, but it definitely took a lot of time, wasted effort, and expense that simply should have not happened.I felt Alicia is an agent that focuses on the "buy now" and "all under my terms" deal. If you don't care and just want a home, she is the person to go to. If you want a more "pleasureful" experience, then I would advise you deal with realtor's who values "hard earned relationships" rather than quantity of sales. These are just my opinions.
