I thought food quality was good but I called ahead and asked if I could get a side of lettuce, to. Tomato and onions cut up. He said no problem. Then when I got there, nothing. The main guy told me today he would do that but from then on NO! Its against their standards! Wth.....so they're going to lose my $40 order over $1 worth of sides? Screw them.

This is one of my favorite place to eat. Almost every week I order shorma and they give me sauce with that. But today they didn t gave me sauce and I went to ask for it and the lady was like each are $.75 cents .... bro sharma come with sauce what you mean it cost money . I am very disappointed on them. It s not right.

This place is amazing. The Tandoori Chicken and the Samosas are the absolute best. We have ordered her 10+ times and have never been disappointed.

Loved it.. the first time I ever tried curry and I really enjoyed it.. also the owner's son sat at the table with us, and he is so cute.. 4 or 5 years old and had such manners.. can't wait to go back.

Excellent value for the quantity of food given. The variety is amazing, from kebabs to saucy curries, and from tandoori to very big wraps. Totally recommended!

This place is absolutely delicious. When my boyfriend asked me what I want for dinner on Valentine s Day, I with out hesitation said, Alibabas. The Naan bread is divine. Thank you for being a gem in Buffalo.

Asked for sauces on side but you guys drenched it all over and the food seemed unedible. Also didn t give me the chicken tikka I ordered. Never order online.

I've ordered takeout from here many times and I've never had 1 complaint. The food is DELICIOUS, and CONSISTENT. I can always count on my food being the way it was last time I ordered, perfect!! My order is always on point, even when I order for my office ( A LOT of food), they have never made a mistake or left anything out. The chicken is so tender, it melts in your mouth. I highly recommend!!

Have ordered here twice off DoorDash food is so yummy and I am not the kind of person to step out of my comfort zone with food and I was extremely happy

Whenever no one wants to cook, here is a replacement , you can order quickly online and pay in store at pick up. I love goat curry,it just take me to other world the naan are free with it and rice too, giving you a tummy full satisfied sleep, don't wait and try, desserts options are also available

Ordered online but at pick-up wrong meat but they refused to switch it out due to "being made to order". A very short lady behind the counter stopped working just to glare at me while I asked the guy about switching out the meat, she made me feel very uncomfortable and seemed hostile, as if I was trying to steal or something malicious. The guy was okay but it's unfortunate the service from the lady was just unforgiving. I could taste the ginger in the chicken curry which was badly cut with bones, gyro bread was quite rubbery and soggy, rice so so but you do get extras, unfortunately, I won't be going back due to their return policy and staff being hostile. I will stick to Pita Gourmet (best healthy and tasty gyros so far in the Buffalo area) and will continue to seek out similar restaurants. I would not recommend this place mainly due to the weird and hostile lady who seems to look for fights I'm not sure if something is mentally wrong with her or what, because she's a nasty miserable individual.

We had an amazing tandoori over rice and samosas from Alibaba Kebab, it was very yummy, this is our place for afghani food from now on and we are getting our big gathering food from Alibaba next week again.

Every chance the family and I get we order from Alibaba kebab. We have never got an order that was wrong. Our food has always been incredible. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to try something different or just want good food.

Unbelievable food. Not expensive. Place us always busy... fast service even still. So fresh and hot and delicious. Worth the trip, this is the family kebab dinner it will feed 3 people maybe 4... soooo good

Visited Ali Baba on the way to Niagara Falls and then wanted to come back to eat on the way home from Niagara. Two times in one trip, I wish they were closer I would definitely come back. The portions are big and the prices are reasonable. I recommend the chicken shawarma, samosas, fried chicken, fries. Food was fresh, restaurant was clean and comfortable to sit in, and the employees were helpful.

Great food at a very reasonable price. Needed food for 25 people with very short notice and they came through as always. Definitely recommend Alibaba for any and all catering needs... it was a big hit!

The food was decent but the service is horrible. The woman who takes the orders is very rude and nasty, she seems to be irritated and borderline racist. I will not go back there again.

You would be lucky if you may get good tasting or absolutely terrible tasting.

Overpriced food, they NEVER pick up their phone. They used to be good couple years ago when they open new but recently their service just sucks. Some of the employees act like they hate working for that restaurant and lacks respect for their customers.

Ordered a beef-n-lamb gyro and potato samosa. Amazing. The best and most authentic tasting Halal food I've ever had. Worth a 2hr drive for just this!!!!!! Will def revisit. Thank you for the amazing lunch And dinner.

Foods great always is but this is the third time I have ordered for three people and they don't listen to me, so I end up only feeding two out of the three people who order.

Nice place to eat and relax. Delicious food, clean and halal. The wraps and one of a kind in town and the chicken over rice boxes are good portion with their own made sauces. I love the tandoori naan that they make in the tandoor right in front of you and serve it hot oh soooo goooood....

Despite being made to wait because they were "making my food," the food was cold. Even the naan was cold.

No other place beats this place.Food has always been perfect, no matter how many times I have ordered. It will fill you up. Now I know why people love this place.

The place have good food for reasonable prices and the chicken Curry is amazing. It was our first experience today and i decided to post a review right away. It says the place is halal from outside and inside so, it's nice to go to a resturant that claims they are halal. Customer service was great.
The way they serve food is also very nice. Inside sitting and express to take out options.
Loved it 5 stars for taste.

One of the best Indian restaurants I've ever eaten at when they first open their prices were great. As they built their customer base they also raise their prices and changed their cook. The food is still very good but I can tell there's a difference. The the prices are still decent.
As long as they don't continue to raise them.

Delicious food, great any time, esecially for a late night snack. I like to get the beef sheesh kebab wrap and the gyro wrap.

One of few good halal take aways in buffalo area but there is lot of room for improvements in there curries and chicken kabab

I was willing to ignore the stomachaches I got from eating the food when my family orders from here --but this is where I just can't anymore!
We ordered chicken and falafel over rice last night and while I was eating it, I found a piece of a rubber band in one of the bites i took. It was a beige color so I couldn't see it with my rice- what if a kid had swallowed that?!
THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. Lost my appetite after that. Will not be eating from here anymore.

I just ordered for 20 people for my son's 1 birthday party today July the13.I almost order the whole menu from beef Curry, to samosas ,eggplan curry, I mean I can go on and on down the menu, everything was spot-on the food was delicious and nutritious and the price was responsible. And the food was hot and packaged good. Even everyone in my party took food home. With no questions asked I'll always go and order more in the future. Great job and thank you.

Best to order it as a to-go. Good food and good amount of meat. The location of the restaurant is little uncomfortable but the taste of food is so yumm. We loved the food.

Ordered a wrap with chicken, and it was soaked the bread was falling apart, not to mention the taste was the worst shramwa I ever tasted!! $$$ in the garbage. Don't recommend.

Have to try, last time i visited this place they closed it at 9 in winters
