Very elegant hotel with 2 pools (north and south side). Direct access to large shopping center, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet (international) very extensive (25, - p.P.)

Location: Deira, 3 min. to the central metro hub "Union", 10 min. to the creek. Hop on hop off station in front of the door, taxi to the airport about 15 min / 13 EUR. Free in-room safe, slippers, sanitary kettle, Neskaffee water, tea free. Mini bar well sorted but at hotel prices (coke about 3, -) no alcohol.

Free Wi-Fi only in the lobby & the pool, in the room a good 15, - per day extra. Air conditioning only limited adjustable, panoramic windows not to open. From the second pool (with noon sun) we unfortunately only on the last day and on the departure discovered the built-in desk hair dryer ...
No alcohol available.

Definitely a good tip for location and comfort.

Beautiful (family) rooms, flights generally arrive early, check in from 14:00, so spend 6 hours in the pool. (happy with pool service)

What a wonderful hotel, I rented a 2 bedroom apartment and boy I was surprised by the luxurious stay. Hotel was phenomenal and even better was the staff from front desk to valet to the restaurant, 5 stars all around. I booked through their reservations directly and John Carlos made me welcome from point A and Hotel is centrally located within the mall. Perfect for families with children and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again for sure and definitely recommend for anyone!

Fanastic 5-star hotel in the old part of Dubai. Large spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool and sports center. Vastly varied breakfast from all over the world. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Metro Union is close by and takes you to the highlights of Dubai in a short time.

Food options are average. Crowded during weekends. Friendly staff.

This market advantage is where all the offers and all the shops are located in the right of Reebok and others

A very beautiful and lively hotel, and it is characterized by its location, and there is beneath it in the same hotel, Al Ghurair Mall, and it includes many international brands, restaurants, modern cafes, near the airport and markets .. It is distinguished by its luxurious breakfast and I recommend visiting it

The hotel rooms are large with more. A central hotel. The breakfast is nice but the menu is always the same for years.

Very nice 5-star hotel. Nice and helpful employees. Every day a extensive breakfast. Nice accomodations, like 2 swimming pools en 2 fitness-rooms with good equipment. Good WI-FI in appartements. Hostess always helpfull for guests. Nice main lobby.

A luxurious and upscale hotel, reasonable prices, the hotel's location is ok, free internet is available, the staff's treatment is very classy, a mall is available at the bottom of the hotel, approximately 12 km from the Burj Khalifa.

Reception staff are bad the classic room view is to the opposite hotel no view at all

I had very bad experience with their services, the furniture n carpet got old and smelly electric appliances not working properly and if you cal housekeeping for something they will provide you that after 25 or 30 minutes even you cal and remind them twice or thrice. I deleted this hotel and apartment name from my favourite hotels.

Amazing, outstanding and fabulous, this is the only way that l can describe Al Ghurair Rayhaan by Rotana in short. This is my first experience in this hotel, l couldn't wish for a better hotel experience than here.The stall as whole are providing an outstanding service, they are caring, helpful and simply outstanding. Loren at club rotana has been amazing, you have made our wedding anniversary very memorable. The staff at club rotana you all are amazing. Thank you for everything.

upon arriving after a long flight, we were overjoyed to be upgraded to the premium suite!

essam & elodie (hope i spelt your names correctly!) from the reception gave us the warmest welcome, and tour around our HUGE suite and hotel amenities. great kudos to all the staff we met who were extremely helpful and friendly!

we were again delighted when we came back from dinner - a chocolate dessert and non-alcoholic champagne were given to us to celebrate our honeymoon! thank you so much for the surprise and hospitality!

the suite was very clean and comfortable! there was a spacious living area with dining table, a separate toilet, and big bedroom. the ensuite bathroom was massive with a bathtub and large shower.

the breakfast on the exclusive club floor was fantastic - unfortunately we were not able to enjoy other complimentary services as we had another flight to catch.

the hotel is on top of a shopping mall which has a nice food court for some east & quick meals. there is also a din tai fung for those who are craving some dumplings and noodles.

the hotel is also very close to the airport, but do take into account the busy traffic via taxi. otherwise, the metro station also an easy and cheaper option.

we would happily stay here again next time in dubai!!

The hotel is great, but there is a mouse the size of hands in the hotel entrance?! ?? (Plague) !! Is the hotel owner really satisfied with this severe negligence .. (I own a video that I filmed) I want to tell them and file a case

One of the best hotel properties in Dubai for both service apartments and hotel rooms. Large rooms (112 square meters), open floor plans. Pool and gym both open at 6 am. Attached to the Al Ghurair center mall and you can get anything you need within a short walk. Lots of eating choices within and outside the mall. No shortage of taxis in the morning or evening. There is a taxi stand opposite Spinney.

No internet in rooms, for using internet in your room , you will be charged 90 Derham(30$) per day!!!!! they only have internet in lobby and its speed is very low, in 2016 this is a very bizarre item for a 5 star hotel, my family had a very bad situation in this hotel without internet and they had not said any thing about this weakness before booking ...

The hotel is very family and quiet, like a high-end word that has the right to grill the workers in it with chaos and services .. The hotel is in the middle of a mall and cinema .. It is defective from the Dubai Mall and tourist areas .. I recommend visiting it

Wonderful high-class modern hotel. The service is worldclass. As a guest you can feel that they care about you. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. You find there everything from safe to ironing board. Breakfast offers a wide range of Western and Arabic cuisine but also Asian food. The hotel is directly linked to a big shopping mall and you can find good restaurants in the immediate area. Within short time you can reach the airport with the red metro line(union station). I can highly recommend this hotel for everybody who looks for a fancy, affortable, well linked place in Dubai.

The most luxurious and best hotel in Deira. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is friendly. No alcohol. There's a mall down there, and that's very good for you. Prices are also reasonable.
