Amazing showroom with professionally skilled sales force for the big brand BMW. Currently having an extended warranty of 10 years for a very special price during Ramadan. Trade in facility is Available when you are buying any new or used cars. Another showroom is located in the prime location of Alfardan Tower west bay. All these vehicles are backed by state of the art after sales service again managed by qualified and BMW trained technical team again at the prime location of Industrial area. A must visit to see the available options for various budgets for both new and used cars.

pathetic call centre. They took my number 3 times and never called back. The call centre executive keeps taking my number. Neither telling about the ramadan offer nor anyone calling me back.

Great service when you want to buy a car but the after service is simply bad. Can't even get a certificate to export my car to my home country and had to sell it. Good riddance

Alfardan Qatar is a great car dealer in Qatar. They have great customer service and they have amazing staff who are completely knowledgeable and who are great with following up with their customers. I have been with Alfardan for the past 6 years and their outstanding service is what keeps me on always buying my car from them because simply I know that I am in good hands.

Between Toyota and BMW, BMW is, put simply, as bad as it can get. People don't answer phones or, generally, do their work. Don't get a BMW in Qatar if you value service; you won't get any despite people telling you how awesome Al Fardan will treat you. They are improfessional and seem to lack every bit of work ethics you may have come to appreciate from seemingly lesser brands.

Not a lot of cars available to browse, I would recommend BMW at Al-Fardan's tower which has greater number of cars.
