Between Toyota and BMW, BMW is, put simply, as bad as it can get. People don't answer phones or, generally, do their work. Don't get a BMW in Qatar if you value service; you won't get any despite people telling you how awesome Al Fardan will treat you. They are improfessional and seem to lack every bit of work ethics you may have come to appreciate from seemingly lesser brands.
