Excellent property menagment company 24 hour service

What a terrible management company could have on the earth? I called this company so many times regarding to the black mold from ceiling cause by building leaking. No one followed up, no one cared. Super is a helpless guy, could not do anything about it. I wished I could buy a condo saves this hassles by the management company.

We have them manage Alhambra condos on long island. Negligent and irresponsible. Rude and nasty. Mr. Wolf talks to us the owners of condos like he's our landlord..never tskes care of business in timely fashion. Stay away from them....they are bad news

do yourself a favor and look for another company.

You will be paying good money for RUDE and LOUSY service.

The awful Star Rating on Google & Yelp reviews are very much justified.

It does not seem that the company quality controls the demeanor and

attitude of its employees.

In the event that you may be looking for a memorable experience in

rudeness, go ahead and interact with their employee named Tracy Reed.

It will definitely put things in perspective.

Could not talk directly to employees
Employees mailed letters making excessive paperwork demands rather than using the phone
Only cooperative person there is Wally Fields

While I never had any problems with my neighbors, I feel like the management discriminates against minorities. On many occasions, when I have asked for repairs to be done on my property, they purposely delayed and ignored my request.

Nice helpful staff who provided prompt help with several documents needed on short notice

Lousy management not professional can t solve a simple problem

I am a former condo owner. My building made a contract with Alexander Wolf to manage our building. What a mistake! I'm so glad I sold my unit. Our property manager was the worst! I was trying to sell my unit and he wouldn t get back to the buyers bank. He wouldn t get back to anyone regardless of the issue. It took 6 months for me to sell my condo, when it really should have only taken 4 months tops. It was so bad that my contract expired! He had no regard for me as a person and having to juggle 2 mortgages for so long. It was such a hardship and it didn t have to be. Everyone involved in the sale said the same thing about this property manager. Then everything was out of his control. The worst! Even when dealing with issues not related to the sale, it was horrible. They never return calls and everything is dragged out. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Manager is rude, condescending, and obnoxious. Property is not maintained to the expectations of the residents and the amount paid in HOA fees. Unresponsive to maintainance requests. If you want your property to maintain it's value hire a different company. I wish our Board of Managers would fire them.
