The company owns the apts where I reside and it is not good...not good at all. Every time you call office...no one answers...always goes to voicemail. No one ever calls back. For the past few months, whenever I click on the icon to send an email on their page...it comes back unavailable so you can never get in contact with anyone. My neighbor just came down to my apt to ask for their contact info because she cannot get in contact and she has an emergency...Its Friday night, so she will have to wait until Monday to get in touch with someone. Ridiculous!!

Resident art Clarkston Station Apartments 3yrs now. Maintenance at these property sucks. Specially these year I'm having issues with my AC been complaining for a month no help. Pregnant got 2 small children my kids ate starting to have heat rush on their bodies. The apartment is very RACIAL TO FOREIGNERS COME TO REALIZE YOU ONLY GET SERVICE IF YOUR WHITE OR AMERICAN BLACK.

While the operator is pleasant, I have yet to hear from someone about the return of my security deposit. The manager at Woodside Village makes false promises on returning my calls and I have to email someone else in the office in order for my messages to be sent to her because for some reason I m blocked from sending her messages ALEXANDER PROPERTY offices had the same professionalism as their renter property office because they too disregard your messages and do not reach out to you. I called Woodside village countless times, as well as, asked for their corporates number to only be told the beginning of October to look it up myself.
I call Alexander property twice and 2 emails were sent out and I have yet to hear from someone.
If anyone knows the next step I need to take please reach out to me because my last resort is Better Call Harry and I really don t want to be on the news for $400!

Place is terrible and it's for low income so no one can do anything about it.

I AM A RESIDENTS OF HIDDEN WOODS APARTMENT COMPLEX I PAY MY RENT EACH MONTH BUT IT ALWAYS SOMETHING NOW I GET AN EVICTION NOTICE SAYING I OWE THEM FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE I PAID MY RENT VIA A MONEY ORDER ON 11/04/20 SO I DON'T OWE YOU ALL A DANG THING AND I HAVE PROOF OF MY RECEIPT.

I've been calling about my deposit and I haven't heard anything back from you guys please call me as soon as possible or email me

It takes forever to get repairs. Ive been asking since September 2019 for a new screen. Mine was cut open. I asked 6 different times. Its February 2020, and still no screen. Can't open the window because the snakes get into the house.
