I took the phone for a battery change and they finally broke it. They did not take care of the breakage and offered to try to repair it for 99 euros, crazy. By the way, they charged me 19 euros for leaving me without a mobile phone (supposedly for the "task" performed, in fact none).

Edition after the first evaluation: when reading my review, the customer service people contacted me and offered to try to repair the phone in such a way that it would at least look like when I arrived at the premises (at no cost to me).
I left the phone for several days at the technical service. At the time of removing it, the phone worked well but a few blocks later it stopped doing it definitively.
I finished the topic, but they contacted me again to see if I had been satisfied.
I told them that the repair did not have the desired effect and they offered me at least to save the information on the mobile.
Therefore I have verified that they have tried with all their means to repair the device and at this moment they try to smooth the loss by recovering the information that was on it.

My Samsung screen broke and I compared prices. It is surely the most competitive price, they are fast, reliable and the staff is friendly. I asked for a screen protector (something expensive, really) and since I didn't have it for my model they gave me one (and they also gave it to me for free, of course). I have taken my mobile in November to change the battery and the screen. After a month, the battery began to malfunction. It lasted half a day and then the phone started to overheat. When I made the repair they had told me that it had a 1 year warranty, I attached a screenshot of the web where it says the same. At 6 months and 10 days I have contacted them to tell them that my mobile was failing. I have been told that battery changes have a 6-month warranty so I had to pay again if I wanted a repair. In the fine print of the web, if you enter the Legal section, it informs that the battery has a 6-month guarantee. A pity that this is not what they have informed me is their offices or what they promote on the main page of their website.

They are always listening to customers and improve service. Just for the attitude they deserve the score but the service is at a high level.

Very disappointed with the service, on their page they talk about repair in 48 hours throughout Spain, so I requested the repair of my mobile screen on July 30, they picked it up by courier the same day, and I never heard from them again. despite having sent several emails. I called them on August 9 and they told me that they were currently working on my mobile, but without another explanation. Even so they did not send it back to me until August 14, that is, more than 15 days waiting for the mobile. I do not recommend it.

I was very satisfied with AlertaPhone at first, but after my last visit to repair the crystal of the back camera, the camera stopped working all together. They only replied that it is a common problem in my type of phone. When I replied that my phone indeed had problems focusing from time to time in the past (5% of the times maybe, not more), but since their reparation it is not focusing at all anymore, they never replied to me. I emailed again, but still no reply. It is a pity, as I used to be very happy with their services, but ignoring customers is not a great approach in my opinion.
