When I have to repair a mobile I will take it without hesitation to Alertphone, from what I have seen in their videos they are quality people who work very well and clean and adequate facilities for a good job.
Few days ago my phone went out due to water damage. So I called AlertaPhone the day after at 10:00 and they immediately started looking at it 1-2 hrs after I turned it in. I do not recommend it, they could not fix the problem that my device had and others told me a day of delivery and I had to wait a week with which I was cut off, very nice people but I do not recommend it because they charged me $ 29 for nothing.
Amazingly good service, knowledgeable, competent staff, reasonable prices. I was traveling in Barcelona when I dropped and broke my phone; dropped in to Alertaphone with no appointment and was out of there with it fixed in an hour. I was so impressed I went back to change the battery a week later. Front desk staff member Laura was especially kind, helpful and patient! (and speaks great English!) Highly recommend them.

I requested an appointment for a change in the broken back cover of a Samsung GS8. I was passing through Barcelona, so I only had a few hours and the times were met: one hour. Before changing the glass of the screen and leave 189 buy a new mobile.
