We have recently had a whole system installed by Alertysystems including CCTV, Access Control and external and internal alarm and the installation and aftersales service has been exemplary. Of course with such a large system we have had teething problems and management issues but each call has been dealt with promptly and efficiently. May not be the cheapest out there but you certainly get what you pay for!!
We paid 10s of thousands of pounds for so called comprehensive system and really got not much more than what an ebay system could offer.System was fitted 3 months ago and so far engineer has been out 4 times.Also if you are interested in purchasing please ask the sales rep what there fault response time is because 48 hours just for a call back is extremely poor and most of the time that call never comes.
personally i would avoid these as you really do not get what you have paid for and backup is pretty much non existent.
