Great experience with Alert 360! Joel their tech came out today to trouble shoot our system, install a cellular dial up modem and a video doorbell. This guy really knows his business. He was very personable, knowledgeable and went over the top when it came to showing us how to work the new products. Kudos to Joel and Alert360 360!

Blake is an Audi Tulsa customer of mine, so naturally I wanted to give him the first shot at our security business. After a comprehensive phone interview, he emailed an Alert360 bid. After reading poor reviews of competitors and glowing reviews for Alert360, it didn t make sense to look anywhere else.
Pricing seemed very reasonable, and follow-up for scheduling was faster and better than expected. (I had to put them off a couple of days, so quick installation is a priority.)
Jacob - what can I say? He sent a message that he was on his way AND HE SHOWED UP ON TIME! That NEVER happens. He gave me a realistic time estimate for the installation and spent time answering questions about other coverage I wanted (fire protection). He adjusted my work order on the fly and had most of the parts on his truck.
We added an extra motion-activated video camera to ensure coverage of our pool because of the design of the back patio. Hidden wiring was required and he tackled difficult access areas very creatively.
Everything I was promised, including in-depth training, was delivered professionally. I have no doubt this was the right solution for protecting my family and property.
My sales rep, Garner, was very knowledge about the equipment and the process. He was not pushy about getting my business, but was informative and professional. Once I decided I wanted to move forward with this company, he was so fast and was able to get the technician out the next day to hook up my system! My technician, Joshua, was also very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. The preexisting system ended up having a few issues but Joshua and his management were able to fix the issues with no problem and they really helped me out! I ve been very pleased with this company, their work, and the operation of my system!
Steven, the technician, called me before he came to my house. Told me what he was going to do and made sure I understood everything he was going to do. Always asked.me if I had any questions. He did good work, he was efficient and made sure everything.worked before he left.
We have never had a security system before. Aaron, account manager assessed our house and recommended what we needed without adding extras that would just be over kill for us. Dillon, our installer was very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained the operation of the system quite well. All in all, we are very pleased with the service and we like that the system is locally monitored.
I just deleted my old review because I had given 4 stars instead of 5 only because there seemed to not be a way to add a couple of cameras without the requirement of another 3yr contract. I ve been a satisfied customer for 6yrs and didn t feel I should have to start the 3yrs all over again. Since my post only a day ago, Drake resolved my issue & I will be getting my 2 cameras. One happy camper here in Sonoma, CA ! Many thank you s to DRAKE for resolving my issue. I would recommend this company!!! Efficient, friendly, prompt, clean, helpful & knowledgeable !!!
The technician called before he started and provided an estimate when he would be here. Arrived a little before time which was great. He took care of what was needed for the call, checked what he did and made sure everything worked prior to leaving. He also wore a mask in the house which was very much appreciated, as we are older.
Love the new security system! Very easy to work!! Our tech who set it up was super helpful with explaining how things worked! Garner Jackson was also super helpful with getting us signed up for it!!!
I listen to a daily consumer podcast show and on today's podcast I learned of a situation where this man had a security system through a monitoring service company that he went to cancel. Supposedly the monitoring company sent him an email to which he was to follow instructions on how to go about canceling his service but he never got an email. For about 6 months he was being charged for monitoring services that he never needed and when he found out the monitoring company said they can't refund him because he never answered the initial email. They sent another email to which this time he got and was able to cancel but as for the months he no longer needed that service he STILL had to pay for the other "monitored" months.
Well folks that was what exactly what happened to me with Alert 360! I canceled my service and was supposed to have received an email to do so. I never got an email and even had my internet provider (AT&T) go back an check but no email was found. I had to end up paying about $40 a month for a 5 month period of monitoring services that I did not need. This is precisely the reason why I do not like giving my bank account out to someone like that to get auto-charged monthly!
The person who hosts this podcast said "there are several monitoring companies out there that are just as crooked as that people they profess to watch out for!" I can't help wonder if that's what happened to me with Alert 360. The podcast host also added 'never sign a contract to have your house monitored." Well, I'm happy to say that's what I now have; I'm with Simply Safe, there is NO contract and monitoring only costs 8 bucks a month! Apart form that cancelling is not a hassle either.
Our videos keep getting paused and isn t catching anything we need! The first time we noticed was a month ago when my car was broken into and there was no video. We called and were told it was paused for getting so many videos. We have it on the lowest motion detection there is! So we didn t catch the people. Now we check again, it s paused! I checked it because two babies are missing in the neighborhood next to us and someone caught them on camera. Well I have a camera and they were seen at a convenience store next two us so let me check. Our videos our paused! Last night a woman came to our house pretending to be def to get money. Nothing. All three of these events having our video could have been very helpful. But nope. By the way when my car was broken into A supervisor was suppose to call us back. That NEVER happened! This sucks.
