Bought a child's bicycle. Training wheels not well adjusted and Chain got loose and keeps jamming after 1 ride. Emails and calls to support team got no response. Read the other reviews to get what i mean.

Disappointed. I invited my colleagues to visit the warehouse as we enter the warehouse I even say Hi to the staff he just look at me we browse for few minutes and since we are the only one entered the warehouse he didnt even accommodate us, I understand there isnt much stocks due to virus but whats more frustrating is the staff, didnt bother to ask anymore about the bikes, we travelled for nothing.

I bought 2 kids bikes. Within a month the trainer wheels started falling off. This was a fault Aleoca were aware of but still kept selling them despite the danger. Now the pedals are falling off despite the bikes having been little used. Apparently the guaratee does not cover moving parts so pretty worthless. I was a pair of new pedals for $10 which had obviously been taken off another bike. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CHILDRENS BIKE FROM ALEOCA AS THEY ARE MADE OF CHEAP PARTS AND ARE UNSAFE. The management seem completely indifferent to these issues. Just another cheap and nasty Singapore business which has zero customer care skills.

This shop selling the Escooter without R&D, I bought Aleoca X.9 last Apr. They're wrote the range 35 to 40 km per full charge but only can go on flatted terrain 12 km max. Mine one is still under warranty So sent back to them and let them to do diagnosis with not FOC(Ridiculous 10.30$ service charge) , then the technician was said " nothing issue with 8.8 Ah LG cell battery"! I'm not accept that kind of answer bcoz they did do described at the their specs and also I'm not expected too much distance, I just wanted to travel 20Km per charge only. I'm really doubt that did they really installed 8.8Ah cuz of the mileage was too different with described specs. Or Did they installed 5Ah battery from Aleoca X.8 carbon scooter. This shop isn't reliable not only at the item specifications but also slow process for repairing service and respond.

Over the years, I've bought 3 Aleoca bikes. I really wished they were better and this might be be one of those rare half-decent Singapore businesses. But they are consistently disappointing, rarely lasting more than a year of light, casual use (I merely occasionally cycle to nearby MRT station, shopping centre and don't ever do any crazy cross-island marathons). This was OK I guess when they were sometimes selling bikes for S$90, but the same bikes are now usually only ever sold for as cheap for around S$130 (or rather "S$129"), which is definitely not worth it.

Regret to buy this escooter. Immediately after buying, I realised, it runs only 5kms for full charge. I have given for service and still gives on ~12kms for full charge. Now, they took it again for service, it been 2 weeks. No update from them. Such a waste to buy for $300. I should have explored a bit and buy some other company one. Recommend one star

These are terrible poor quality bicycles, I bought a new one, Elite PE 50, stem broken on arrival, still waiting after 5 weeks for part, but everything, tubes are misaligned with tyres, brakes dont adjust well, the gear cog has a mysterious wobble, seat post won't tighten up enough so seat drops suddenly. I could go on but it's not worth it. Dont buy these, can't believe they are made in Singapore coz I respect these lovely people and it's a top destination for us...spend a little more, get some quality...

Two months the bicycle spoiled and in the service center for almost two months yet Aleoca cannot reply when it can be repaired. Let me wait for two months and now it want me to pay $25 or else go and collect back the damage bicycle. What warranty they provide.

Bought a ABFE2006-MD-16 20" Mondo in Bedok Town event. Cycle less than 30 times in my neighbor town the rear freewheel is spoilt. A fix cost me around another 50 bucks. Hopefully after the fix it can last 100 to 150 cycling trip. Got my bicycle collect on site in three days time. A very nice job on the servicing. Hope the freewheel won't spoilt so early again.
