Our window specialist Michael Webb made it a fun and easy process. He listened to our needs and answered every question. I'm so excited to get our new windows! We look forward to doing more business with him with our future home improvement goals.

A representative came to our house to give us an estimate on siding. We opted against installing siding right now as we have other projects of higher priority; however, the salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the product is very high quality. We will definitely consider Alenco for future projects.

i am an electrical contractor that has been working with Alenco Inc. on several walk in tub installations. Pat Fugitt has just been an awesome person to work with and their tub installer (Mathew) is very skilled and pleasant to work with. I work with a lot of companies but Alenco Inc has by far been the best to work with. Their customer service is rarely seen out there these days and I'm fortunate to be working with such a good company. Thank you Pat and Mathew for everything you do !!!

They have not put up the siding yet so I don't know how that will be. My experience with the project manager was positive. He didn't complain about stuff, stuck with what I wanted, he was on time, not too pushy or rude.

I had replacement windows and sliding glass doors installed by Alenco. At first I was very happy with their services and products, but then I started having issues with my screens. I started finding holes in my screens...a lot of them, like 20 in one screen. I called their customer service and was told that they sometimes have issues with bugs eating the screens. REALLY? I asked them if they would replace them and they said that they would replace them with the same type of screen. Well, that wasn't going to solve anything. They suggested that I take them to Ace Hardware and get a GOOD screen, but I would have to pay for it. I paid $3,000 on 1 sliding glass door which I cannot leave open because bugs get in. I am not happy.

RJ showed up on time. Explained all about their product and answered all our questions. He explained how installing the siding would go. Even helping us choose colors. He also took the time to run numbers for an accent wall we wanted. Would highly recommend RJ and the company he works for. Can't wait to see our new siding.

We were in the market for new windows on our 18+ year old house. We met with Alenco and were impressed by the quality of the windows. They made a good sales pitch so we went with them. We are super happy with how everything turned out. They are not the most expensive and not the least expensive. But with windows, you get what you pay for and the quality of these windows is really good. They are energy efficient and they look GREAT. We could tell as soon as they were installed that our energy bills would be going down. Well worth the investment.

We had all of our windows replaced. The sales people were on time and never pressured. The company lad a lot of choices on color and windows.to choose the installation done by Laton, Joseph, Kyle and the crew was excellent. Fast, efficient, and extremely professional.

I HIGHLY recommend Alenco.
