I went there twice for a problem (I had bought my phone a week before in this shop and everything worked). They said it was a fixed price problem, not enough Giga to receive MMS (while all to work before) I had a doubt and once I called Bouygues they said that my package was good (no need for more Giga or Internet for MMS) and the problem came from the Bouygues network. and now everything works.
