The tulips were definitely worth waiting months for! There were probably more than a hundred types of flowers showcased in the garden everything was so beautiful. However it was a bit crowded and I unfortunately didn't know beforehand that on certain dates they do a flower parade around the area, it looked like so much fun in the media.

To enjoy the park in full try to come later in the afternoon (3-4 p.m.). Way too many people in the morning! Also it is wise to come before mid April to see more blooming flowers. Enjoy!
A must see if you are visiting the Netherlands. Yes, it is busy and full of tourists, but it is beautiful and I enjoyed just strolling the grounds. Gorgeous!
I am not a tulip person but my wife is ... I was pleasantly surprised. It's like walking in a fantasy land. Enjoyed it even though it rained for half the visit.
A must visit for the Netherlands. Packed with every kind of flowers in every colours. Nice scenery but also very crowded. (Long wait to get on the shuttle from airport )
Visited these amazing gardens in mid April. Glorious sunny day with clear blue skies and not a breath of wind obviously helped, but the tulips were fabulous with another amazing display around every corner. Not to be missed.
Loads of flowers everywhere. There is no shortage of Tulips, they are everywhere! Beautiful mix of colours and good effort was done in maintaining the garden.
I highly reccomend that you come early as the crowd really picks up after 10am. Be ready for hoards and I mean hoards of tourists.
If you want to at least enjoy the park with as little people as possible, go first thing in the morning.
Will recommend you to get your tickets online to avoid queuing up, saving you time. A mobile ticket with a barcode/QR code is suffice.
Beautiful place filled with tulips and other beautiful flowers. May want to come during early spring otherwise you might miss a lot of the flowers due to heat. A huge place overall and to enjoy it you might be spending 2 - 3 hours. They have a few restaurants and stores that sells food and drinks. Enjoyable experience. Will come again next year :)
This garden is amazing during the tulips blooming season. Every path you take, you will see different flower combinations and designs in different areas. This open only in March through May. Not all tulips will blossom at the same time. Some patches blossom earlier than the others. Since this only open three months, the crowd can get crazy. Please be patience and be considerate of others.
For people who take train, when you get out of train at Leiden Centraal station, follow the bus sign. You should see Keukenhof special express service.
The staffs are very helpful directing traffic to make sure we go to the right place. On your return, the bus pick up area has two lines, one is for Leiden, the other one is for airport. The airport line was much further down in the pickup area and had longer line. Make sure to look for "Line 854 to Leiden" sign, then you are in the right line. Oh, stay on the sidewalk, a lot of bus passing through, if you walk on asphalt surface, you are endanger yourself.
Outstanding gardens full of colour, great value and very well organised. Although thousands are there it has a peaceful feel and plenty of seating to take in what is around. I would say it is a must see, combine with a trip to Amsterdam or as we did to Leiden.
Beautiful gardens with a huge selection of tulips. A lot of the ones you wouldn't find anywhere else.
It closes mid may (next weekend) so a lot of the flowers were already blossoming so make sure you time your arrival dates well.
It's quite tricky to get to as you need to get to the airport first and then queue to get a bus. It's 18 euros to get in which is rather pricey for what you get.
This is undoubtedly a MUST SEE for every person who likes nature/flowers/environment. Plan for an entire day as it won't be easy to come out. When in bloom, this is heaven on earth. This is by far the biggest and the best tulip garden of the world. The park's theme changes every year and we can see millions of bulbs in harmony with one another. This is a photographers paradise.
Beaitiful place to visit but it is open only in the spring when the tulips flourish. Check the dates online but it is better to choose earlier date. If not, you might find no tulips in the fields around the park. Keukenhof is amazing park - so many colorful sights filled with millions of tulips. Ticket price is 17e online and a parking price is 6e, and it is worthy. It's crowdy on weekends and bank holidays but park is well prepared with its infrastructure. Besides tulips, there is an awesome orchid pavillion. Lots of things to see and to do - park for kids, Dutch windmill, view on the neverlasting tulip fields, water fountains, small, pitoresque lake... You can bring your food and beverages or take something there. There is a lane restaurant and planty of fast food restaurants, and authentic ice cream and waffle offer. All in all, nice one day trip.
This was the most amazing gardens that I have ever seen. We were there at an almost perfect month May. The reason why I say almost perfect is because most of the fields had already been cut. There were still some fields to be seen here at Keukenhof. Thousands of different colored tulips around every corner. We spent a whole day here. You can have a lovely lunch or snack at one of the restaurants on the premises. We were blown away by the tulips and other displays in the pavillions. A must see!!! Not that far from Amsterdam.
I suggest everyone to go to Keukenhof because it's a mindblowing, spectacular place and a perfect place to discover the various varieties of tulips! Definitely coming back soon!
It's sure worth visiting especially in summer, since in other season times the huge field of tulips is cut down. A very nice walk with loads of pictures and lovely views. Awesome and totally am going to stop by again.
This park is breath-taking! So many beautiful areas filled with natural blossoming beauty! It was an amazing experience, all together with the smells, I will surely remember it for long.
The gardens? Beautiful! The amount of rude tourists? Many!
I'm no flower person but I took my partner who loves tulips. This place really is a stunning garden and I really enjoyed my time there. 4 hours is all your need I think, but be prepared to share your space with many others!
Had the worst experience trying to leave the park with my car. The parking makes the experience awful. Totally not reccomend it, unless one is willing to spend 3 hours to exit.
Beautiful place... I loved to go there.... Nice location, everywhere its like flower flower ... Best picture in tulip fields.... I liked there to buy soveniers, tulip bulbs, plants..... Its best placed for one day trip near Amsterdam....
One of my fav places in the netherlands so far. I didn't expect It to be so big, and even though It is a really touristic place and will probably be bussy, it's worth the visit. However, if you want to fully enjoy the experience, i would recommend to go in the beginning of the season, when all the flowers are bloomed!!
The most amazing display of floral art I have ever seen. The border displays of flora were magnificent, a day to remember for all the right reasons I highly recommend a visit
One of best spring garden in the whole word. The best garden I ever see in my whole life. For me is paradise you can see different kind of tulips. Lovet
A must visit park to experience the Netherlands tulip fields. A very beautiful botanical garden that you can leisurely walk in about an hour and a half. There are several cafes and gift shops of course. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the Netherlands when the tulips are in bloom and suggest you sit down and have a coffee while there.
Beautiful but crazyyyyyy busy. The population of a large town, hell bent on the taking the BEST selfie of them and a tulip at least 50 times. However, beer freely available from vendors dotted around the place.
Beautiful and magical place. Though the magic often dies when u see the ridiculous crowd. Theu also have photo booths around the place. For 18 euro, I think the view is worth it! We even got some amazing shots. At this time, the flowers are at their top!! We went around April 30th from Amsterdam. If you're planning to visit, visit in April. Before that or after, flowers may not be in bloom. Also, not much food around, do pack a sandwich and water!
