Albert Heijn Zwanenburg Review

The cashier just accused me of stealing, went through my whole shopping, even though she saw right next to me as I was scanning it. Wow

Good range, friendly staff, somewhat on the expensive side.

Albert very tight parking in parking lot often a mess

AH, recommended for the Bonus offers. Quality excellent, but expensive, TOO expensive.

I was in the store last Monday. And normally I never come here, because I live in Haarlem. But coincidentally I came from Amsterdam and drove past the Albert Heijn Zwanenburg. And I thought I'd just go shopping here. I found the store fairly quiet and tidy. I was looking for a spice for my pasta and asked someone for advice in the store. The boy referred me to a team leader of Turkish or Moroccan descent. And that boy man was so kind. He then gave me a delicious pasta recipe. Although I kept him from his job, I enjoyed talking to him. I also communicated this to customer service. But I still enjoyed sharing it with everyone. I will shop here much more often now. So Albert Hein keep it up!

It is sad to see how fast this store is running backwards.

Staff who are hardly or not at all in the shop. No team leaders and certainly no management present. Shop is packed with all kinds of displays, so you don't have a good time walking through the store.

Too bad to see because a year ago it was still a great store.

What a top AH my own AH in the Jan van Galenstraat in Amsterdam can learn something from that. Simply filled all the boxes. Super.

Was in ah zwanenburg today I immediately walked out again was much too busy this is not according to the rules of the RIVM hope you will adjust this

Reasonable large Albert Heijn friendly employees, Gall & Gall inside.

wifi doesn't work for years, stock is always empty. bad management

Poor service in this branch, a lot of staff answer quite quickly with 'don't know', then as a customer I have to ask or would you like to ask a colleague who might know ?! Very strange!

Good AH, unfortunately the parking area is "difficult" to reach or leave due to its location next to the main entrance, which means that pedestrians and cyclists are constantly on the move. The passage is also fairly narrow. Store itself is always well cared for with full shelves. Staff is also friendly and adequate cash registers.

It is a well-stocked store with various assortments of products, friendly staff, but a little more expensive, except for discounts.

The store is spacious, but at the front of the kiosk and where the flowers and trolleys are, the 1.5 mtr is sometimes difficult to handle. May also come that I only come here around lunch. However, a liquor store and private parking.
