I have traveled extensively and can state unequivocally that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Gorgeous views, impeccable cleanliness, breakfasts that were literally feasts and highly professional and friendly staff , especially Raffaele at the concierge desk and Lino at the pool....so ready to please. Ours was a standard room with a sea view but it was enormous by all standards with a bathroom you'd never want to leave! The salt water pool was so relaxing and the little private beach provided a lovely respite from the heat. Our only regret was that we should have made this a much longer stay than 5 days. We will be back e grazie Regina Isabella!

A place maiestoso island, the historic site of national and international reputation. The sweeping views of the sea leaves the indelible image in the minds of the hotel. The manager of the spa has made known to the thermal structure, a wonderful place where nothing is missing ... from the gym, the indoor pools, the areas used for mud baths, inhalations, wellness massage, couple, Ayurvedic, etc.

This was our first time here, but definitely not the last time.
The hotel in general is very charming, elegant and traditional Italian. Rooms are large, very clean and with an individual interior
Breakfast is served at a wonderful balcony with a fantastic view of the bay, and a good selection of the buffet.
Besides the friendly and attentive staff, the best part about the Hotel is its private access to the crystal clear sea in a calm bay.

Excellent bar with good live music in the evening ... Very good selection of grappa and whiskey with very friendly and very competent service. May you treat yourself :) worthwhile.

A hotel that truly deserves its name. At the reception an exquisite. Service. Also, the staff are polite and courteous! The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing. The location is fantastic! I enjoyed the hotel for a charity dinner and did not find the slightest criticism!

Nice hotel. Nice and exquisite staff. The property occupies an exceptional location overlooking the sea with a beautiful view. It is a pity that the furnishings of the rooms are a little old and the spa is very old and does not inspire use. Nice restaurant with a magnificent view with 5-star staff but food here too has a very old concept.

Building is 1950s era and this long running hotel knows how to do hospitality. Huge spa complex inside it as well, which is well run. Also has an external thermal pool as well as being by the sea with its own pier. Prices are high, but then this is Ischia.

Hotel located in the small square of Lacco Ameno, you can breathe the air of the 60s. The furniture is vintage. The floors are decorated in majolica typical of local craftsmanship. Characteristic is the game room whose floor is decorated with Neapolitan playing cards. The rooms are very spacious and panoramic. Rich and excellent quality of the breakfast buffet, eaten on a veranda full sea view. The service was impeccable. Friendly, helpful but at the same time discreet staff. Beautiful saltwater pool and well srutturati piers on the beach with umbrellas. The internal spas are a little dispersed as they are arranged on several levels. Hotel to try at least once in your life.

The kitchen and fabulous as always, but you see I miss the Castagna chef touch. Hotel super recommended ... Memorable

This place is absolutely amazing!!!

A great resort with a phenomenal location. My family has received excellent service from the minute we arrived. So good in fact we extended our stay for another day.

The pool and private beach are great. The water is perfect and the scenic backdrop could not be better. The staff are very respectful and accommodating and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant day by the water. The beaches and layout areas are on cement piers. At first I was a little surprised, but have grown to love it and the cleanliness of the sunbathing experience.

The food is superb. They have a one star Michelin restaurant on the premises (Indaco). The food and staff were phenomenal. One of the best meals I have eaten. I had the Vegetarian tasting menu and it blew me away. The wine list is superb and moderately priced. They accommodated particular diets and restrictions of my children as well, with no issue.

Overall this is a hidden gem. You will not regret your stay at Albergo Della Regina Isabella.

We stayed here on a honeymoon and the hotel truly is a 5 star hotel. Our room was a suite and was beautiful, the staff were very helpful, I would offer bonus points for having a great hotel gym also, had an actual barbell and squat rack.
