These guys were friendly and quick to answer questions. They helped me with ideas. My favorite thing about visiting the store in person was the exceptionally large amount of sample work. I know exactly what we ordered, exactly what to expect, and I am already assured of the quality I will be receiving.

I've worked with these guys on multiple orders. They have helped me out to get rushed orders, and have been able to suggest other styles when the one I chose wouldn't work. I like working with this company and will continue to go there.

Not sure what it is but there front desk need to learn phone and greetings etiquettes every time I call it seems like the lady or guy who picks up is irritated and not friendly makes me not even want to work with the business.. unfriendly vibe. Despite that I went into there business anyways and got a quote within walking in I was asked if I could be helped so I explained I am creating my own clothing line and wanted to get a quote for a few things, it did not seem like they really wanted my business the atmosphere was just like I was bothering them. Your business deals with a high volume of customers I expected better. Reasons why a lot outsource out of state then in state.

My first experience there was good but when I went there several more times, they kept giving me different dates and telling me my stuff would be done. They never sent me proofs, they said they kept forgetting and were too busy even though I was a repeating customer. I continuously kept talking to Ashley and she kept giving me the wrong prices and dates every time I went into the physical store to ask about my products, I would get the run around and they would tell me that the artist wasn't there and just couldn't answer my questions. After four weeks of waiting for my product to get done which was only 50 hoodies waiting double the time they told me. Several times I went up and Ashley refused to help me. I then asked to see the manager, he told me that his front desk staff didn't believe I deserved a discount and they refused to give me any discount after about 30 minutes of explaining my side. I asked for 10% off because it took double the time and he wouldn't even give me that. Only 7%. It was a terrible experience, will not go back. Now I get 200 shirts made every week by another company, if you're interested email me. This review is meant for future customers. I just want you to know my experience which may be different but worth sharing.

I do a lot of PR and Marketing for the company I work for, and Serigraphics always comes through fast, easy to work with, quality art and embroidery with fair prices on huge orders. Im talking hundreds close to a thousand pieces in an order!

More than satisfied doing business with them! I had a demanding order that required rush processing. The company worked full steam ahead and got it done on time. Throughout this process, they would keep in touch with me about the status of my order. I give you my thanks, Alaska Serigraphics! Bookmarked for future orders.

Pricing is decent. Service is awesome.
