My first experience there was good but when I went there several more times, they kept giving me different dates and telling me my stuff would be done. They never sent me proofs, they said they kept forgetting and were too busy even though I was a repeating customer. I continuously kept talking to Ashley and she kept giving me the wrong prices and dates every time I went into the physical store to ask about my products, I would get the run around and they would tell me that the artist wasn't there and just couldn't answer my questions. After four weeks of waiting for my product to get done which was only 50 hoodies waiting double the time they told me. Several times I went up and Ashley refused to help me. I then asked to see the manager, he told me that his front desk staff didn't believe I deserved a discount and they refused to give me any discount after about 30 minutes of explaining my side. I asked for 10% off because it took double the time and he wouldn't even give me that. Only 7%. It was a terrible experience, will not go back. Now I get 200 shirts made every week by another company, if you're interested email me. This review is meant for future customers. I just want you to know my experience which may be different but worth sharing.
