Our trip had been carefully prepared with Aude from the agency Alainn Tours, and our dream of discovering the Highlands was looming when a cursed virus made everything disappear.

Serious agency, which had organized us a stay in IRELAND on 13 days of visits in June, which we could not carry out, because of confinement.
The agency credits us with the deposits paid for the reservation, inviting us to check the four criteria, and to renew our stay, via ALAINN TOURS. Unfortunately the Ryanair Company which was to take us to IRELAND, has an opposite attitude to the ALAINN TOURS Agency, which can be penalizing for Irish tourism. We will surely come back to Ireland via Alainn TOURS, by other means of transport, but the additional cost could impact the duration of our stay. Thanks again to ALAINN TOURS and see you soon as soon as possible.
VERY BAD AGENCY!
I do not recommend it especially, if there is a problem no help is given to you.
We traveled to Ireland, we agreed with the Alainn Tours agency to use the bank imprint system to rent a car, the agency had to take care of everything, she gave us a rental voucher ( as far as we are concerned we are not bilingual that is why we used a travel agency) normally everything had to be indicated on it but the seller actually added insurance that was not provided for at all, and a sum was taken from us for gasoline while it was never announced to us, conclusion of a withdrawal of 316 totally unforeseen (I let you imagine how it affects the vacation budget), more when we called for Explained the problem we were just told that it was all our fault (however, the agency takes care of the rental) and we were clearly hung up on the nose.
In addition on the whole trip there were real inconsistencies, especially in the management of our schedule for Saint Patrick's Day (which is just the biggest Irish holiday, so inevitably we expect that '' a travel agency specializing in this destination knows all the turning points). It should be added that the rates are really not justified, it is something that we realize during the trip, they only do little research on the Internet that anyone is able to do, they do not monitor the services they offer.
Anyway, I REALLY NOT recommend this horrible agency.
I didn't want to put any star but to publish a notice you have to at least put one so it's done reluctantly.
Very disapointed. I expected a much better performance compared to the margin they take. We had specified that we wanted to attend a particular event but this was not taken into account, we had accommodation criteria (bed size) which were not taken into account either when we were had said the opposite. I prepare my usual trips myself. I wanted to try this method to save time. I deeply regret it.
Unfortunately, following the Covid, we were unable to go on vacation. But the contact I had with the staff of this agency was truly exceptional. They were very understanding, attentive and very responsive. I recommend this agency without hesitation
