It is worth noting the key difference in the appearance of the logo, its shape and color.
The first contact is a joke. Calling is a feat, or rather a nightmare. The study purchased online, with a collection point at ul. Hubska in Wroclaw. An attempt to deliver a sample for swabbing on July 1 (Monday) an hour before closing the point. On the door, information that the point closed from July 1 to 3 and invite you to the Joannites, but that according to the working hours of the Joannites closes an hour earlier, so already closed. No information when ordering that the point will be closed from Monday to Wednesday.
I'm in a hurry with the test, so I want to deliver the Joannits on Tuesday, but I do not know if I can, because I chose a point on Hubska. I call the hotline and wait 42 minutes (6 people in front of me). The lady informs me that she does not know and that I call their Wroc aw number. I waited 42 minutes to find out!
So I'm calling to the Wroclaw number, where no one answers for 30 minutes. Just NOBODY WILL RAISE A CHOLE HANDSET! Komuna in full bloom, hands are falling! Never again!
Hopeless service at least on Rembelinska. Pregnant after love and vomiting from 4 am I found them for a blood test (I will add a private fee) and they told me to go and look for an ATM because the terminal does not work again. More of their services I will not use a private laboratory and it does not work like clockwork but for Gierek
I do not recommend, I waited a month for the results of throat culture. After the scandal, it was said that the results are just forgotten to pass them on and click on the internet. It is known that the results were negative, after taking in another laboratory positive. That means they lost my data and didn't even download it again! I do not recommend!! this is how the laboratory works with the NFZ applications! crooks!
